I wonder from time to time if they are actually doing things behind the scenes but they are! I received a call that they have successfully removed at least one item off my credit reports. So very glad about that and can’t wait to hear about the others!

I was surprised that the company called me to make sure that I was satisfied with their handling my credit operation effectively. For this I placed more trust in their services. I became more confident if their work after speaking with a REPRESENTATIVE thoroughly for at least another 6 to 8 minutes. She was professional, courteous and precise in her questioning. And her answers to my questioning were very clarified.

I trusted I did what they said stop making payment to qualify I did they said I owed what I owed but what ever the amount was sold me a dream every month faithfully payment was taken out from my account to pay elite 2 years goes by yes they did make my debt be on pause but when I started getting court documents they had a lawyer for me to make a deal the crazy part is for example if I owed 500 because I stopped paying now is all the fees so now turns into 800 they made a deal for me to pay back 650 but what I don’t get is if my total debt was example 30,000 in total subtract the 450$ every month to elite for 2 years and I still have to pay instead of the 500$ now it’s 750 $ where is my money going so the moral of this is so not again do not go with elite ohhhh wait I forgot to put the cherry on top no one in elite did there job I sent them the doc and guess what I received a court documents saying since I did not show up now I will owe with not only all interest also court fees so elite listen and read this carefully I got a lawyer to go after you get ready like u say I will get my money back

Following up on my previous review after speaking with an ELP Attorney David Wood in April he was to contact my local attorney Joshua Greenburg regarding my LVNV Funding lawsuit and the FDCPA retainer and provide him with documentation to address the lawsuit. The original court date was postponed until June 19. There was to be some negotiation to eliminate the debt based on the FDCPA retainer that I signed. I never heard back from either attorney since April. On Monday, June 8, I reached out to David to let him know I have heard nothing back from ELP or Joshua and I need to know what was happening with my case and the upcoming court date. David contacted Joshua and he finally called me the same day stating he submitted a motion to delay the court date and he would let me know if it was approved. As of today Joshua emailed me to let me know it was declined and the only thing we can do is settle at this point to avoid going to court. I asked about the FDCPA and he said that David told him we can't use that now. So from April to June they dropped the ball and after being told we could negotiate eliminating the debt I know have to settle another debt. ELP has failed to represent me, dropped the ball and now not only have I paid them over 8K I am still paying my debts. I believe this company warrants an investigation.
As of June 16 I received a letter from District Court of MD Anne Arundel County that the motion to postpone the trail that was filed on 6/8 was denied on 6/0 due to insufficient time for opposition response leave resubmit with opposing party position. This proved that Josh Shapario who had my case since April dropped the ball and then tried to postpone the trial and it was declined. How is that representation appropriate for the program I paid for. As I explained to Attorney David Wood I was't satisfied with Josh representing me anymore and this is the reason why but they refused to assign another attorney to my case.

Not the results I wanted or expected
I started with this program in December 2023 and made my final payment as of March 16.2026. I have paid over $8000 for this program and so far I had to settle out of court on two lawsuits in the amount of $3225. I currently have another lawsuit against me for $3178 and signed a FDCPA on February 6 against this creditor for violating my rights. Finally they are negotiating on my behalf on a settlement for $1824. I call and leave messages and send emails and most of the time I don't get a response. The local attorney they send me to for negotiations just sends me an email saying just like last time I need to know what you can afford a lump sum or monthly payments. By the time I settle out of court with all these lawsuits I could have paid my debt off with the money I paid this company. I still have no further results with my other debts and my credit score is still terrible. I have asked to speak with an attorney and if I am not mistaken, I have only spoke twice to attorney's since I enrolled in this program with the last attorney telling me it going to take longer to resolve and that I am in a good place. Well I disagree with two lawsuits still in negotiations and who knows what other creditor will continue to come after me. The last time I left a review they called and asked me to take it down and delayed my final two payments. At this point this is unacceptable. I spoke with Customer Service on April 8 and I still have not received a call back from an attorney nor the representative negotiating on by behalf to check on the status of that collector.

They do a great job overall when we call they answer and if need be call us back right away as well as keeping us up to date.

Stay away from them, run!! Sign up for their help if you want to pay a fee and be responsible to do all the work yourself!!!I had 400 months deducted from my account for elites services. They were unable to settle one account for me. This made my life a living hell! Not only was i out for the cost of their service i had to pay them in full.

It’s a scam. I reported several “violations” in my client portal and nothing has changed. When we call for updates we are told the creditor has not responded to the interest rate. Been on this program for 2 years for them to do nothing. Was suddenly sued for non payment and sent a settlement to sign. At no time were we asked if the debt was ours or if the settlement agreement was what we could afford. I believe our only recourse maybe to report the to state AG and FTC. They have our banking information and requested signatures for access to our financial information just to settle? Do they get a kickback from the settlement? And the debt collector is not following any agreement we were pushed into anyway - as though an agreement was never reached? At this point they have already shamed clients into silence about our debts-maybe it’s time to say enough? High pressure to say yes to a product that has not helped one bit. Took advantage of the most financially vulnerable citizens. BTW- they are still asking for violation reports even though the ones sent are not followed up on? Still taking payments for over 2 years.

They lie!!!! They took my money for a year and then when I was summoned by a credit card company. The attorney let me know I had to make a payment to them to settle the debt! Or just hang up because I am on Social security! These people r a con!

I believe this company needs to be put out of business. It’s a scam and they are Fraud. Say you go there with $5000 in debt. They make a deal with you for the monthly cost for like 36 months. What they are trying to do is cause the credit companies to not have all of the information. Because that is how they screw the credit company. So really they don’t care about you they need you, they need you to think that they are helping you and getting you out of debt. Well I got a summons so then they had to give me attorney. So the night before court I get a call from someone that doesn’t even work there. Just an attorney that helps sometimes and the person talk fast and you have no time to reply and she hangs up. She says that I have to go to court alone tell them the court house that I need a continuance and I am represented by Elite. If she would have gave me a chance I would have told her that No I can’t do that. I’m not an attorney and this town isn’t laid back and will say sure fine you can do anything we are cool. No I was documented as alone no representation. Then 2 days before 2nd court date lawyer calls and says I don’t think I have everything of course he did but I had to resend it. But day before 2nd court date this guy hasn’t even looked at the case. So I called many times left messages I never get a call back or text but probably an email which I explained at the beginning the best contact is phone or regular mail. I received one call asking me if I could do $500 for each summons a month plus what I’m already paying them a month. So I noticed everyone pays different whatever it seems they can afford at the beginning. Then I get a letter saying they can’t represent me anymore so I’m like what it says that they can’t represent me because they couldn’t contact me. And then stated that I said that I don’t have to pay because I don’t owe it. That was a lie I would never do that. Then they won’t give me a refund. So they did not help with my debt at all. They say I can’t have a refund because it cost them too much for what they did do. Here’s an example on one day they sent 14 craft and desist letters. Ok so it takes 0.7th of a minute for one letter charged me $300 per letter so that’s $4200 right there first day. For not getting me out of any debt and not going to help me anymore. This was 2 years in had one more year to go. $362 a month for 36 months. But sends me how much they have spent on my account already and I had a year to go. So far the bill says that they have put almost $35,000 into my account already. That’s more than the debt. So do not go there it’s a company that found a way to not pay your debt but make themselves some money. And a lot of false statements in there.
