Our Trainer James was very professional and well informed and he made the learning process fun without detracting from the importance of what we were learning on the course.

Whiteley Village is an Almshouse development for older people and it is essential that the pool volunteers are not only able to provide poolside support but are competent in administering required assistance such as pool recovery and CPR techniques. All seven of the attendees left feeling both confident and competent and everyone was very impressed with the training overall

I had a very positive experience with Elite Lifesaving Skills.

The instructor was highly professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout both the lifeguard training and the first aid training. The content was delivered clearly, with a strong balance between theory and practical skills, which really helped build confidence in real life emergency situations.

What stood out most was the instructor’s real world experience and attention to detail. Questions were always welcomed, and everything was explained in a calm, structured, and easy to understand way. The training felt serious and well organised, not rushed or superficial.

James assessed an NPLQ for me in July. He arrived early and came well prepared even though everything was ready for him. James is extremely knowledgeable in his expertise, curteous, and patient. I would highly recommend James and will reach out to him again in future!

I regularly do staff training and recently done my first aid at work and the instructor is very good and goes into a lot of detail with both and helps a lot when people have any questions.

I take part in monthly staff training with the company Elite Lifesaving Skills and I’m really impressed with the standard of courses and training provided. The sessions are always well-structured and engaging, making sure we stay confident in our skills and fully up to date with our qualifications. James is an incredibly professional but approachable trainer who explains everything clearly, and creates a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable to get involved.
