They are a bunch of scammers and crooks. They took my money a month in advance, and when I wanted to cancel because our flight had been called off, they ignored me and refused to refund the deposit—despite having promised to do so if I wished to cancel. Think twice before booking with them.
I would strongly recommend Elite Rentals Yacht Charter services,.very Professional people, quick response, best Yacht fleet in Dubai, especially food is amazing on Yachts, Special recommendation BBQ menu was very delicious, must try.

Do not use this company - they will not refund you the deposit. They refused and told me to claim it from my credit card. Virgin credit card then contacted them and they told them this money was for the car rental. I do not write bad reviews unless really necessary - and this company have stolen my deposit.
Scam alert! Tgis company stole almost $14,000 (49,999 aed) from me. I reserved a yacht (forced to pay in full) for 4/14/26 in January 26
Flights cancelled in March because of WAR in the region. Contacted them 30 days in advance to notify our flights cancelled and they refused to refund. Mind you, no service has been provided, this is THEFT!
Then they claim people use their name and copy cat! Thats untrue that’s the lie they feed you to trust them! Here’s my invoice with their info! Avoid these scammers!!!

I recently rented a Mercedes G63 Matte Black from Elite Rentals Dubai, and let me tell you, it was an incredibly luxurious ride! The car was absolutely stunning, and I truly enjoyed every moment driving it.
The booking process was smooth, and Cyrine was such a huge help. She was extremely friendly, professional, and made sure everything went smoothly. I felt really taken care of. Captain Malik was also really great and added to the overall experience. The entire team at Elite Rentals is friendly, professional, and goes out of their way to ensure that you have a fantastic experience.
This is the first time I’m giving a review from the heart, and I have to say, these guys truly deserve it. I will definitely be booking from them again in the future without a doubt.
