ELITEWILL INC. Reviews

Didn’t ship everything together and took longer than quoted

Provide a number for me for the 1000x I'll continue to right replies until you provide me one that actually goes to a business not some cell phone with no voicemail. I just want to return the product why arent I allowed to do this?

There was no eta nor did anyone respond to me when I asked about one. Then one day the parts showed up. Would use again.

Thought it was going to arrive in a timely manner. Didn’t realize it was on a slow boat from China.

Ordered the bed rack and felt it was a great price until I got it. A lot of places had the coating chipped off, now was it from shipping and handling of package or was it that way before it was shipped? I don't know and it is what it is. Assembled rack and placed in in and secured. Everything fit like it was suppose to. The real issue that has me giving it a low rating is "Nothing" I have ordered to mount on the rack does not line up with the holes. No matter what I do none of the holes line up to mount the gas tank or rails matched up. I searched everywhere for adapter plates and found nothing. The rack had been mounted on my truck for a month and I was not going to ship everything back I ordered to mount and use. I ended up having to drill my own mounting holes. Guess I felt every one was standard as far as mounting hole for all accessories. I know beeter now.

Order fender for a wramgler.they arrived damaged parts missing. Scratches down to bare metal bolts missing the vents were missing then I was offered a refund of 40 dollers.

The product is designed to fix my rusty areas. The speed of shipping after placing my order was amazing! The product arrived quickly and now can be installed. Would purchase again from them.

Parts were as advertised and everything fit vey well.

My only postal address is a post office box. I was never made aware that elitewill does not deliver to P.O. boxes so now my package is lost.

The item showed up fast and looks great, the frame repair was a perfect fit for my 2001 jeep tj.

Shipment was in two different packages and two different shippers. I wasn t told that . It was very hard to get in touch with anybody. Got 1st package in two days and 2nd package in four days. Shipping was great customer serv ice could be better.. we got everything worked out and that s what counts..

The tires were exactly what we wanted. No one else could touch this low price!

I ordered Tow Hooks for 2021 Ram 1500 Classic. & was told that they would fit.
When the cam in this week, there is no way they would fit. My truck doesn't have the holes to hook to that are in the online installation video.
I would like to trade them back for the proper fit ones, but no one will repond to me. I place several messages to the email provided and even left messages on the telephone #.
Please help!

Fast delivery, superior quality products, great pricing.

Elitewill INC not offer a great product but there customer service is the best I have ever witness. A slight problem which was handle 3 in the morning. Unreal! Would recommend doing business with this company.

Great experience dealing with them. I really love their feedback strength and guide. They ans all questions
100 stars for them

the only reason i gave one star is because they will not allow 0 or less stars. first, after completing the order i kept getting emails telling me i still have stuff in my cart and should finish checking out. next, i get the tow hooks and they can not be mounted in my vehicle even though i bought the model that should fit my ram truck. the instruction included for installation did not match the details of the vehicle i have. so of course wish to return for a refund. but they tell me that i am lying about them not fitting my vehicle and will not pay for me to ship them back. horrible company, will not deal with again nor will i recommend.
