Ordered a month ago. They charged my credit card. I never received an order confirmation or product. They don’t respond to my emails.

I ORDER 3 shirts for 250 Anniversary. I loved the shirts and the fabric. Great price delivered for less than $55.
SADLY they didn't fit my tall frame, and have started a refund. HOPING I get a response and move forward with return/refund. No word yet....phone always busy.

Placed order April 2 nd nothing till April 24th said Items had shipped. Its May 5th and still nothing,and as I went to internet seems this is a SCAM. You call number 150 times always busy, CROOKED FOLKS. Thanks RB These people need to go to JAIL. Spend your time being productive INSTEAD of stealing from honest people. RB

I made an order of three shirts on 4/6. I received an immediate confirmation that looked legit. I sent an email on 4/12 asking about the status and received a reply the next day "Dear Customer,
I apologize for the delay! I've verified your purchase, Since it’s our peak season, shipping updates can sometimes be a bit slower than usual, but please don't worry—your item is on its way to you. We’ll make sure it arrives in perfect condition. We'll send any new tracking updates straight to your email as soon as they’re available.
Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns. Thanks for your patience and support! Have a wonderful day!" I received an email on 4/18 saying my order was shipped with a tracking number but when d/l'd the Shop app to check status, my order is always "waiting on details". I sent another email on 4/24 but no response. I tried calling today (4/30) but it's always busy. I am sending my last email today and then it looks like I have to forget about getting the order or money ($59.76). DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

The shirt is 2 sizes to small and I can not get anyone to contact me about exchange or return. When I ordered I could not get delivery info 2 weeks after I placed order, no tracking or communication. If I do not hear from them shortly I will dispute charge with CC company

Don't answer their emails. They charge your credit card the day you make the purchase. Have not received the merchandise.

I placed an order April 13th for 1 hat. I did not hear from them so, I emailed them but got no response. I contacted my credit card company and they credited my account. They will be going after this company for their money and getting the law involved.

This is a scam company! Ordered 3 hats and never been received. Try to contact them with no response. Phone has a busy signal and no physical address location. Wasted $63.00 and even gave them a tip! This needs to stop in order for them not to victimize more customers! These type of companies need to go to jail!

I echo all the other reviews. No delivery. No communication. Phone always busy. Do not order from them. Crooks!

I ordered 3 hats from their website and have not received any. They will not answer any communication that I try. They have, of course, taken my money.

This is one of the worst companies to deal with. Will NEVER recommend purchasing from Elivue! Rating should be 0.

Yeah, definitely a fake retailer. Do not hand these people your hard earned money.

I did not order from Elivue but ordered the same exact hats from a different one named Kenmiso. I ordered it February and it took about 6 weeks to receive after several email complaining because was suppose to receive it in a week. When it did arrive it was so cheap nothing like the picture. Apparently they just keep changing there company name.

My order was placed on 2/28 in which I received an order confirmation. I have requested a status update on 3 different occasions and have yet to receive a response. I have also tried calling them and I always get a 'busy' signal. At this point, I don't know if this company is legit or if they just have poor customer service. Either way, I feel that I'm out $46.

No updates. No way to talk to someone. My order was $68 still haven't received.
