Terrible fulfillment and fake "VIP" service.Total bait and switch. I tried this company based on a recommendation for an alternative to a luxury fragrance, but the experience was completely unacceptable. Despite marketing themselves as a "VIP" service, my order was hit with major fulfillment delays right out of the gate.They sent an email acknowledging the delay and explicitly stated I had the option to request a refund if the timeline didn't work for me. I took them up on that offer and asked for my refund, pointing out that their "VIP service" was completely lacking and that they should have offered a gift code or small token to make up for the hassle. Instead of offering any real service recovery, they just abruptly cancelled the order.If you want a true premium experience and actual reliability, stay away from Elix Allure. I ended up taking my business directly to Alexandria Fragrances instead. Alexandria actually understands customer service, handles their fulfillment professionally, and delivers high-quality products without the amateur logistics. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

No order fulfillment, no response to emails, no communication at all.
This site is a legit scam. Save your money, never purchase anything from them.

I placed an international order with Elix Allure and, unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing.

Several business days passed without any shipping confirmation, and despite sending multiple emails, I received no response. Only after I publicly shared my concerns did I finally receive a detailed email apologizing for the lack of communication and assuring me that my order had been prioritized for shipment.

Unfortunately, despite those promises, my order has still not been shipped.

As I have received no concrete action beyond that single email, I have now opened a PayPal dispute to protect my purchase.

I sincerely hope Elix Allure will resolve this situation by shipping my order or providing an appropriate solution. If they do, I will gladly update this review to reflect the outcome.

At the moment, however, I cannot recommend purchasing from this website based on my experience.
