After being skeptical for so long, i committed to giving the brand a go, to see what changes i would experience with my libido and life in general. My emotions were hard to regulate and my libido was honestly none existent and was causing alot of negativity in my relationship. After a couple of months taking the pill in a morning, ive noticed a huge shift in my libido, not only that but an awareness around how hormones impact so muchin womens health and its honestly suprised me that such a small thing has made such a big change. My energy levels are more balanced, my motivation is higher, my productivity is better and my relationship is more positive.

I'm so glad i took the step at taking a chance on this. The best thing about it for me is that its all from nature, but the blend is amazing and you can tell its been thought out properly by research and testing.

If your skeptical, have doubts but have tried others things like me, take a chance because it will surprise you and you'll be glad of giving it a go.

Been taking the golden pill for approx 18 months which is fantastic for peri-menopause, no more hot flashes, brain fog, and back to feeling me again - cannot live without. Magnesium is great too for a goods nights sleep.

Not my first rodeo when it comes to reviewing Elle Sera but I literally can't shout about them enough!! The Golden pill and Magnesium have literally been life changing, the Magnesium has been a game changer when it comes to dealing with sleep apnea amongst other health challenges!! I've also just decided to take the leap and go all in with a subscription to the Collagen as its Elle Sera FGS of course its gonna be unreal, the science behind it, wow!! But the icing on the cake!! I have been taking the golden pills for around 21 months. I was a witch before!! I have been taking another brands collagen but wanted to try the Elle Sera one. I ordered and totally made a mess of it. The wonderful Kelly came to the rescue and sorted it out for me. Fabulous customer services with this company. Today I took my first collagen and so easy and a nice taste! Highly recommend this company.

I’ve been taking different types of collagen for a few years and have never seen results like this!
I was lucky to be able to trial before the release date so I’m two months in and I’m seeing results already.
My skin is glowing, I am usually sensitive with a tendency to get dry skin if I’m not 100% with my skincare routine.But for the last few weeks I’ve noticed my skin is supple and smooth even before I’ve applied any serums or creams. My sensitivity has gone, no dryness at all, anywhere on my body.
Fine lines are fading, my pores are looking much tighter too.
One thing I wasn’t expecting was for my gums feel stronger so that’s a massive bonus as since starting perimenopause I’ve had bleeding gums.

Having been suffering with pretty much all the negative symptoms of menopause, I knew I needed some extra (natural) help. I cannot take HRT for medical reasons.

Never received my golden pill. Ordered 23/09/2025 was advised by Kelly that it was lost by the courier and a new one wpuld be shipped however im still without my golden pills. Really relied on those pills as im early menopause but im not out of pocket by £50

Taken the magnesium tablets for 2 months now and no improvement. I was on the Terra Nova magnesium and find that works better and half the price! than this 'science backed pill'. Also the shell is made of E numbers. Won't purchase again.
Edit: the company has replied and called my review “bogus” simply because I said I was unhappy with the product. My experience is genuine.

I bought the product and was concerned to find E-numbers listed in the shell that weren’t clear on the packaging. Looking at other reviews, it seems negative feedback is often dismissed, while positive reviews may be influenced by paid marketing or sponsored influencers.

I have been an Elle sera fan since the beginning. I found them after having my son in 2020 and didnt feel myself. The Golden pill and magnesium are amazing. (Even got my mum on the magnesium who loves it) I love and believe in what there doing. They really are for womens health. My daughter has autism and ADHD. She has magnesium, lion's mane and omega 3 and I would never have tried her on these if it wasn't for Elle Sera and I am Kate Living and I'm so grateful for that. They have opened my eyes at how these can help my daughter. The lion's mane is so good for her focus and has made me research so much around autism and omega 3 and vitamins.

are amazing and know there stuff. Its hard with social media to always believe what you see but i 100% believe in what they are saying and doing and the proof is in there products. They really do work.
