Failed to send item and will not refund full amount wanting upto 30/% of cost to resend
Absolute joke

I ordered a walking, sound emitting toy cat for my granddaughter (order number EL10231). The image displayed on the website is 100% more engaging than the actual product which came plastic bag wrapped, without a single label regarding its constituent parts, safety accreditations, instructions or a correctly functioning on/off switch. It is quite frankly horrific! Video footage is available as evidence! I just wish I had done more thorough research of this company before placing the order. I would strongly recommend that people avoid this company completely or pay the price as I have resigned myself to do. The only reason this company and product has received 1 star is because I cannot give it a zero rating.

Do not use this company - they take orders but do not ship goods and their customer service is non existent

Dishonest, deceptive, bordering on fraudulent. Ordered non-invasive blood glucose meter for around $50. 6-7 weeks later I received a cheap, regular meter worth maybe $10. They demand that customers cover shipping return costs to China, around $40. For their mistake. I have found numerous bad reviews describing the same experience, often for the same product. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They are likely fraudulent and corrupt. A total scam.

Requested for refund but after providing them with all the documents and receipts, declined to refund.
Never ever buy anything quality of goods is absolutely useless.

I purchased a rain jacket in my normal size but it was too tight and this company refused to exchange it for a bigger size. They kept offering silly discounts for me to buy another one and stated it would cost me €30-50 to return the small one. I will never buy from them again. We are being ripped off by such foreign companies that pose as British! 🤬

BUYER BEWARE; These people are crooks. They will take your money, then they will mess you around before they bother to (reluctantly) send the goods that you have ordered out to you. When you receive the goods, you will find that they have not given you what you have paid for. In my case, I ordered two pairs of size 43 shoes. The shoes that arrived were of a much smaller size. Then, on complaining, they want photos, and this and that and the next thing. They are an absolute nightmare. BUYER BEWARE; and buy from honest and honourable retailers instead. M. Harrold.

This company is nothing short of an International Organised Crime Group. They will show products on-line with a reasonable but not ridiculous discount. The item will take a while to arrive from somewhere in Asia. This despite the UK flag featuring heavily on their logo. The product will be a shoddy interpretation of what was offered at point of sale. I bought a pair of UK11 shoes online only to receive what equates to size UK8 poorly manufactured toy shoes. When you request a refund they will fob you off with pathetic part refunds and high fees to return the sham products to somewhere in Asia. They are nothing more than internationally based cheap scam merchants who are not apparently covered by any UK Consumer protection legislation so are effectively untouchable. The only route for people like me who are scammed by this company is to use Chargeback and/or Sec 75 protection from debit and credit card providers used to purchase their rubbish merchandise. I sensed warning signs when at the time of purchase Ellese and Co offered me online a £5 further discount to answer 5 short questions. Following answering the questions they provided a link to Trust Pilot to write a review there. This was an obvious inducement to write a positive review in return for a financial reward so I did not continue this process. This is the first time I have been scammed online and am disappointed in the way Google and the credit card company facilitate this grubby deception by allowing them to advertise on their platforms and to subsequently process their payment.

My advice to people is to never buy anything from this company. They send out shoddy goods and offer 10% or 20% refund on goods and expect you to send said rubbish back at your expense.

Ordered two dresses. They were not cheap. They arrived and were totally see through. The material was so thin. Rubbish. They refused to refund me

Purchased a drone from Ellese & Co and it never arrived. Took my money but provided no confirmation email and no tracking number.

On April 25th I ordered a photographic wall hanging. It is now well into June and no sign of ever getting the item.
