An excellent, high quality product but very slow delivery with no explanation or communication. At this price, I expected more as these details matter

I ordered custom silk scarves for a private event and could not be happier with the results. The silk is beautiful and luxurious, and the printing captured even the finest details of my design with remarkable clarity. The colors are rich and sophisticated. I couldn't be happier with how this turned out.

The entire process was smooth from start to finish, with clear communication, quick turnaround, and careful packaging. I would absolutely work with this company again.

Beautiful craftsmanship, rich colors.... bought 4 silk travel lingerie bags as gifts but now I am keeping one for myself. Shipment was timely, safely packaged. Excellent experience.

Poor quality sewing. 2.5 stars rounded up. Both the pyjama bottoms of the 2 sets I purchased had the elastic switched around the wrong way, making the waistband lumpy. In addition, the silk was of poorer quality than that from other suppliers of silk pajamas I have used in the past. Though the service was prompt and the designs nice, I certainly won't be purchasing again from this company.

100% Scam. Do not buy. Horrible experience with return that still has not happened. Product must also be dry cleaned IF you get real silk

I was looking for somewhere to buy silk nightwear as the cost in the UK is exorbitant. I have Severe ME and it has now reached the point where I can only tolerate silk next to my skin. ElleSilk items are incredible value! Not only do they look stunning but the ability to choose options for piping and colours and to submit measurements to have the items made to your specific requirements is unprecedented in the UK!

ElleSilk is a great source for silk wear. I have ordered multiple times from them and never been disappointed in the garment. Combined with the information available on the website about grades of silk and aftercare, it has been my go to shop for silk.

Die Qualität der Ware ist sehr gut. Aber bei Rücksendungen muss man die Portokosten ins Ausland selbst übernehmen. Der Kundenservice reagiert zwar zeitnah, ist aber nicht hilfreich. Mein Rücksendegrund „Passform/Größe nicht passend“ wurde als portofreie Rücksendung nicht akzeptiert. Aus diesem Grund würde ich von einer Bestellung abraten. Zudem sind vorab die Versandkosten von über 18€ nicht ersichtlich.
