Horrible! As others have said, the shoes I ordered came directly from China and took forever. One of the pairs of shoes (they arrived much later) had an overpowering smell like fingernail polish remover. No amount of airing out helped. No way I would let them touch my skin! When I tried to go to their website to initiate a return, their website could not be found.

I made an online purchase of $64.95 for a dress. It took 5 weeks to get my order. It supposedly came with a 100% Money Back Guarantee. Wrong! They will not take the dress back but will negotiate a 1% of the purchase price as a refund. I refused any subsequent offers of anything less than 100%. After 9 emails, their final negotiation was a store credit for the full amount. Wrong again! Their online presence has disappeared! "Cloudfare" cannot locate any such business. I got scammed. I hope others will successfully avoid this company.

I purchased an outfit that didn't fit and I didn't like the material it was made out of. I wanted to return it, but they kept trying to make deals with me. They wanted me to keep the order and give me a 10% discount for an outfit I would never be able to wear. I offered to agree if they would give me a larger discount. Finally, they offered me a 100% voucher to buy something else from them, which I agreed to. Now they say they can't do that because I bought it on sale, so they are not offering anything to make this right. Their return policy is a joke. I will never do business with them again and I would suggest if you order from them you make sure you want the item and that it will fit and not need to be returned.

AVOID - NOT WHO THEY SAY THEY ARE. TOOK 7 WEEKS TO GET THE SANDALS - FINALLY RECEIVED THEM - VERY VERY CHEAP - NOT AS DESCRIBED. TRIED TO RETURN. NOT ABLE TO CONTACT ANYONE FOR REFUND/RETURN - WEBSITE UNAVAILABLE.

The shoes they sent were defective, now they are asking me to pay to return them to CHINA! These are
scammers!

I ordered a pair of sandals. It took a month to arrive. The shoes seem nice enough however they are too wide. Their website says send an email for a return label, which I did. They refuse to send a label and offer me 10% credit to buy new shoes (that don’t fit) that would be $5.50. I e asked several times and they refuse to send a label or give me credit for my shoes.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Do not buy from this company! Company is in China. Sandals did finally arrive, but didn’t fit and were cheaply made. When asked to return I was met with” keep them and we’ll give you 10% off your next order”, then they offered 20% then finally store credit. After finally getting the option to return for a full refund I found out address was in China and the cost to ship isn’t worth it. Asked them to send me next size ip since they offered me store credit and I just got an email that the store is closing.

I made a BIG mistake by ordering from this company. Products are produced and shipped from over seas (NOT Boston, like they pretend). I tried x3 to cancel my purchase within an hour of ordering, and was told that I could not cancel because “my order was on the way”. Six weeks later, I am stuck with ill-fitting, cheap clothes that I can’t wear or return. SCAM!!!

This company is a complete scam. Not only does it take forever to receive your order, but they do NOT do refunds --- or even exchanges! Do not buy from them unless you like to throw away your money.

Discount they offered and said had been applied to my charge card was never applied (and it has been 25 business days). I ordered on 3/10 and today 4/5, they said delivery of my order was attempted and failed. I am retired and never left home, so I KNOW there was no delivery "attempt". These guys are crooks and my charge card company is going after them. If I could give them zero stars, that's what they deserve.

This company and its name are a fraud. Its merchandise comes from “Yahwen,” wherever that is, and it never arrives. They won’t refund your money. Avoid at all costs.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Though they claim satisfaction is guaranteed. They completely ignore repeated inquiries as to how to send back the sandals I ordered to receive a complete refund. Buyer beware. I wish I had checked the reviews before I ordered. The shoes took a long time to arrive; they are cheap and uncomfortable. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ELLIS AND PARKER

I was charged for 3 poor quality dresses I ordered one.i contacted then because order was still in processing order finally arrived today.dresses are poor quality not the same design or fabric. No instructions how to return for refund . I feel like I got scammed. Sent an email to Ellis and p with photos and request for refund info today.

I've had the exact same thing happen. Everyone needs to report Ellis and Parker to the Federal Trade Commission.

Minutes after receiving email notice that the product I ordered was not in stock, I cancelled my order. I asked for a reversal of the charge on my credit card. The next morning I received a rejection of that request because my order "was already in process". If they don't have the item in stock, how can the order be in process. They are refusing to cancel my order and refund the charge.
