They ask me to pay to get my credit score with a credit card . So now i'm afraid they will charge something that I didn't

Worst experience.
I got super sick and explained to them over the phone and they said they would take my payment and divide it out over the next two payments. Got on my portal to find out that was most certainly not the case. They added an extra $100 to both payments. Then to top it off they are nearly impossible to speak with. They have the option for a chat through their website but all they say is to call them.
Horrible experience.

It started out good but it went to worse. You all ran my debit card without my authorization which has caused an eviction notice, vehicle lost, bills shut off. I'm adamantly going to pursue legal action against you all because this has put me and my family in the most unpredictable events of my life. It's close to the holidays and here it is I'm scrambling to get me and my 5 children a place to stay food to eat, etc.
I have ALL INTENTIONS ON SUING THIS COMPANY FOR MORE THAN THE 712.93 YOU TOOK OUT OF MY ACCOUNT.
IM GOING TO MAKE SURE I PLACE REVIEWS ON HOW YOU HURT INNOCENT SINGLE MOTHERS, POOR PEOPLE AND ANYONE ELSE I CAN THINK OF.

Nunca pensei conseguir o credito consolidado. Muito menos em tão pouco tempo. Numa semana tinha tudo concluído. Muito obrigada à e-loan, em particular à Alice, que foi incansável e resolveu tudo.
