Bought two table decorations at Christmas, including two candles after seeing Elsie and Tom at a local market. Oh my gosh I wasn't disappointed! Absolutely beautiful fragrances that fill the whole room. Bought another candle at Hadleigh Market recently. Wouldn't buy candles from anywhere else now!

Also love the mini diffusers which I hang in my car - helps with that wet doggie smell after a wet walk!

I have loved the items I’ve invested in. Small air fresheners which bring the delicate blended aromas created by Elsie and Tom into my car and wherever I chose to hang one. I have gifted many too. I then went on to get a soap, it has lasted well and brings a fresh and herby energizing smell into my bathroom. I use relaxing embrace in a diffuser and share this gorgeous smell with my pilates clients when I teach at a somewhat musty smelling village hall! Thank you to Elsie and Tom - I love to source things from local entrepreneurs who are passionate, friendly and who guide me to exactly what I’m after. I feel I am adding value (self care) both at home and at work and why not take a long slow inhale to savour something so pleasing to the senses.

I purchased an item via the ElsieandTom website at which point I realised that the owner was located a short distance away. Emma was very helpful and delivered the item to my house. There's a lot to be said for buying from local independent retailers.

All their products are beautiful, made with love and enormous care to be totally organic. Gorgeous smells and the owner/ispiration of the company deserves huge praise and credit for a terrific range.

I have purchased multiple products. My favourite fragrance is Relaxing Embrace. A wonderful aroma in candle, diffuser, mini diffuser, shower gel and soap form. Wonderful - like a high end spa. Have given products as gifts too and the recipients have loved them.

I'm obsessed with the Elsie and Tom candle collection. I'm always looking for clean products for my skin and my home. These candles are so beautiful, they are made in Suffolk by hand using only pure, healing essential oils. So far I've tried rose and more, festive calm and lime, basil and mandarin and can't wait to try the others. I've also been gifting them to friends, great product and planet friendly company values.

Beautiful products. I came across Elsie & Tom in Framlingham, Suffolk and bought 2 of their soaps to try, one as a gift. This order was online and I bought a diffuser, wax melts and 2 more soaps. They all smell divine! The order came with a personal handwritten thank you note and a mini diffuser because I’d missed a 25% off sale. How kind! This is why we need to support independent retailers, folks. You don’t get that kind of personalised service from Amazon!

I love everything about this company and its products- the quality of the ingredients, the fact that they are natural, the packaging and presentation and the gorgeous scents that boost my wellbeing and reduce my stress. Emma, the owner and creator of these wonderful products has such a positive energy and every interaction is kind and friendly. Emma makes me feel incredibly valued as a customer. Lavender and mint and lime, basil and mandarin are my favourite fragrances.

The packing was excellent and all the goods arrived in perfect condition. Sent from England to New Zealand. The products themselves are of top quality and are beautifully packaged. I would definitely recommend them as a gift for yourself or friends.
