We've been using Elsner for the past couple of years to manage updates across our 30-plus websites. The experience has been consistently positive. The team is quick to respond, especially when urgent work is needed, and their work is always of a high standard. Very bad experience with Elsner Technologies. I won’t be assigning them any more projects.
Out of four planned features, only two were completed properly. One was full of errors and had to be fixed at my own cost, and the last one was never delivered. The project was estimated for 2 weeks but ended after 3 months, still incomplete.
Their recommendations were misleading. I had previously paid around $10k for a code-cleaning project to align with Magento standards. Later, they blamed ongoing issues on bad code and suggested a full rebuild — of course, by Elsner.
Project management and communication were poor. Feedback was ignored, testing was inadequate, and I had to repeat quality checks multiple times. Even a meeting with the CEO didn’t help.

We must express our dissatisfaction with this company, which has been neither acceptable nor appreciated. Their continued lack of cooperation and the disregard for our concerns have been deeply troubling.

Our customers website orders have been compromised despite our clear requests for the decryption procedure used on previous orders. We have reached out multiple times, but our emails with specific information have been ignored, and we have not received the necessary support for your defective plugin. It is clear that they deliberately neglected their responsibilities as a seller on Envato and Code Canyon

We have communicated our intention to restore all backup files and follow the step-by-step instructions, but your failure to respond, combined with the dismissive treatment we have received, is extremely frustrating.

We have repeatedly requested the required instructions, yet our requests continue to be disregarded.

Don't waste your money on any of their products as they are defective and they will not assist you when your files are corrupted.

Our clients rely on their software, and the manner in which they have behaved has been unacceptable.
