Third Eluraskin product i have purchased. I am officially a loyal customer. Everything they make is top notch quality

Item never delivered. Purchase was made in mid March and it never arrived. When I use their website for tracking, it says order not found when using the order number they provided. I would not rust this company and do not recommend purchasing from them.

I was spending $200/month at a medspa for red light treatments. This paid for itself in literally one month and I get to do it from my couch. No brainer.

Bought this instead of getting botox and honestly? I'm so happy with my decision. Obviously its not the same thing but my skin looks rejuvenated and thats what I was going for

I ordered the LED face therapy mask from Eluraskin, when inputting my details, I accidentally filled in my mobile number incorrectly, with one of the digits being incorrect.
From my very first email to them advising of this error and asking for help with updating my details, the customer service has been outstanding. Amal was so helpful, reassuring, kind and knowledgeable, always responding promptly and answering all the questions I had. I am super happy with the customer service experience.
