Let the BUYER BEWARE
I ordered a beautiful KNITTED Islandic Hooded Sweater for a Christmas gift. What I received was a PRINTED pattern hooded sweatshirt. This was the exact opposite of the actual knitted garment in their website picture. Totally a false advertising scam. They offered me a discount to keep it! NOT. Then they wanted me to pay for shipping it back! NOT. They finally agreed to refund my payment. Unfortunately, it's into the 3rd week since they said I would see it in 5 to 7 business days. I've resigned myself to the fact that I will not be getting a refund. Unbelievable that companies can deceive the customer base like this and get away with it.
It's now April 2026, 26 messages later they just blew it off.

This is a big scam!!! The products look like out of a 3D printer. Not even close to the pictures in their ads.

Never received the item I ordered, over two months ago now, and e-mailed them twice with no response. Do not buy from them. Yes, I am referring to "Elven Forest".

I will have to get a refund from my credit card company.

These people are scamming you!!! No item ever arrived. Email run around to delay doing anything about it and now they simply don't respond to any inquiries about my order. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!

I ordered a beautiful blouse what I received was absolute garbage this company is a fraudulent company buying cheap crap from china then selling it on. Please do not buy from them I am going to report them and I want my £39,90 back I could attach the photos and it would explain the garbage these con artists are selling despicable should be arrested.

Every item that arrived was cheap, nasty material, Nothing was as described, I wish I had seen thee reviews, do not touch this company with a barge pole, they are basically criminals who are operating a scam.

I made the wrong review and posted it under this company. I did not buy from this company but instead ELEVENFOREST. This is NOT the company and for that I apologize for the erroneous review

This is the biggest rip off!!! After over a month waiting the top just got here and it’s nothing like I ordered! I want a full refund!!! I’m calling my credit card company to get it removed!!!

Products are very poor quality. Not at all as portrayed in their advertising. Totally a scam. No response from them when asked for return information. Do not buy from them.

Don't trust what you see on pictures. I don't know where did they take them but it's definitely NOT what they're selling. It's a scam!

This is a crap site. Knit sweater means a plastic like substance with a print put on it. Get a dictionary or Google what knit and sweater means. If it was honest that would be one thing but the shit they make it junk. Truly want to give it a negative -5

Men's Viking Kyle Style Extra Thick (???) Hooded Zip-up Sweaters ended up being cheap, poorly made thin sweatshirts. THE PHOTOS ON THE WEBSITE DO NOT EVEN CLOSELY RESEMBLE THE ITEMS SENT! SO NOT....DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS CORRUPT, UNETHICAL, AND IMMORAL COMPANY .... unless you like throwing your money away and being disappointed!!!

Items not arrived complaint pending not happy

Would give them a negative five if possible. Merchandise is nothing as described on the website and tried to cancel before it was shipped and they shipped it anyway. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time and money!!! Terrible poor quality and absolutely nothing like described!

I wrote a review about this website which was pretty good (4); however, since that review I have received the product. Here is a hint. Don’t waste your money. Now I know why the website doesn’t specify the material. What looks like a thick sweater-type material is in fact like a very thin sweatsuit material. I ordered what looked to be a long sweater-like jacket. What I got looks like the design was silk-screened onto a thin material and it has no buttons or zipper for closure. Very disappointing. That’s what you get from China!

Ordered what looked like a thick woollen jumper with a wolf head on back
Received a printed t shirt like jacket with a print which is hardly recognised as a wolf.
It wasn't that cheap either.
Got suspicious when suddenly said it was shipping from China.
It's a cheap nasty item which will probably end up.in the bin.
No point trying for refund as these companies claim it's been washed, not in original wrapper, it's been damaged and to top it off its not arrived back. (Not sure how they know the other things if it's not arrived back)
Caught twice now never again cheap trash.

I'd give zero stars if I could. The product shipped to me was clearly not what I had ordered. They deceptively market their products and then switch it out with a much lower carbon copy of the product. Do NOT buy from this retailer it is 100% a scam.

Absolute rubish! Expected a woolen woven garment,
Opened the parcel and my first impression was WTF .
It's T shirt material with a printed design on it.
Please don't buy from these scamers. I've been educated to believe ' if it's too good to be true, it isnt'
