I would have given them no stars if possible.
After seeing a dress I liked and with a company I’d not heard of I searched the site for any clues that it was China based and there was non, based in Netherlands, returns seemed ok so I went ahead. When the dress arrived it was not only for a very tiny person it was not as the pictured showed. I started return process and guess what……send back to CHINA!!!!! I was told it would cost me more to return then the cost of the dress and that i could get 50% refund and keep a useless poorly made dress from China!!!!! Yippee how happy am I?!!!!!!! I it emailed customer service and said I would return to the Netherlands obviously this was not possible…as it was a lie and the website is very misleading. Stay away and don’t waste your money. I don’t think many people can afford to loose out so do not buy from them.

My elderly mother in the UK bought a skirt but it was not as described. She wanted to return it but there is no refund policy so she had to pay postage to a foreign address. Since this cost more than the skirt itself, the company offered to return 20% of the original cost. This is just another company that takes advantage of clients. My advice is to avoid buying anything from this platform. We will see if the 20% ever arrives...
