ELVIKOM LAB Ltd Reviews

The only place I would ever go when we have technical problems. Honest, trustworthy service every time! An invaluable service :) Thank you :)

Excellent service. Highly recommended! Thanks for fixing MacBook Pro.

I am a businessman who relies 100% on my laptop, so when I have a problem I need it fixed fast. I have now used this company 3 times and never been disappointed with the quality and speed of the MacBook repair service. Highly recommended.

i have an old apple macbook which the screen and touch pad were giving up, the guys first gave a me a verbal ball park estimate, and i left the laptop with them so they could inspect it and send me a formal quote, which i received within a couple of days and it was a good price, i told them to go ahead with the work which they did and got it sorted very quickly.
these people are very professional and certainly know what they are talking about and doing, i have other work that needs doing to other computers and i will not hesitate for these people to do the work.
so if you have a problem with your computer whatever the make i would certainly take it to these people and get facts about what can be done.

Profesjonalna obsługa, najwyższa jakość, gorąco polecam.

Absolutely fantastic service including updates of the process from collection to return, reasonable cost for repairs, so I am very happy with the service and would highly recommend ELVIKOM for any Apple device repairs.

Super friendly, and professional. I got a very reasonable quote and and honest report of what was wrong with my macbook. All within a very short time. I can only recommend this service!

Absolutely 5* service from this company from beginning to end. Managed to get my imac 2011 repaired that other company's told be had reached it's end life, Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

The service I received from Elvikom was exceptional. Their level of knowledge and professionalism is second to none, and their prices are equally unbeatable. I had pretty much given up on my MacBook Pro but Aggie, Lucas and the team managed to bring it back to life for a fraction of the cost of replacing it. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Brought my late 2011 17" MBP back to life. Excellent communications.

Fantastic quick service from Elvikom, Customer service is also brilliant, they kept me informed at all times! Very Highly recommended !

My MacBook would turn off after a few seconds and then began not to turn on at all. I sent it to Elvikom by free UPS courier service organised through Elvikom. Once it arrived, I was notified and it was diagnosed the same day as having an issue with the motherboard. Most others would charge an extortionate amount for this to be fixed but I was quoted a very reasonable amount. It was fixed the same day and sent back to me promptly. I am really pleased with the speed and efficiency it was fixed and for the price. I would recommend to anyone.

My Mac book pro was deemed scrap by apple, contacted Elvikom ltd and they gave me three options , they arranged collection via ups , two days later they contacted via email to informed me they had the Mac and it was in a que for evaluation, I set a repair limit Tracked the progress on my personal portal they had set up and then they informed me it was repaired within my set repair limit and was ready to dispatch back to me the whole process took under a week, I cannot express enough how professional Elvicom are and how satisfied I am with this overall service.

Macbook pro screen replaced. Great job by Lucas and the company despite supply setbacks. Great communication and an obvious commitment to do the best for the customer. Would not hesitate to recommend to others and use again

Highly professional and efficient engineer! Fixed a macbook pro which had been written off by engineers in PC world within minutes! Reasonable prices with discount. Highly recommended!

My 2011 17 inch MacBook Pro was not working as power button had packed up, and keypad was not working properly, apple told me that they were unable to fix it as the model was too old and parts not available, excellent service provided by Lucas, laptop collected from home and delivered back fully fixed and new battery as well, can't fault A1+++++ service.
Thanks Zeeshan

An excellent experience, nice to meet Lucas. I was a bit afraid after I was scammed by Fix my broken mac Ltd . (Birmingham). But, thank you to Lucas at ELVIKOM for fixing my mac to a high standard.

An excellent experience when compared with previous individuals offering the same work. :)

Efficient, very responsive, high quality work and good value for money.

Would have given 6 stars if a higher rating was available.
