Email List Verify Reviews

I've got my email lists cleaned up of spam traps and old/non active emails in a matter of minutes.

It is fast and reasonably cheap.

The only thing it doesn't is getting rid of duplicates (they are detected but can't be removed).

Hopefully they will implement that one too in the future.

Is very fast and user friendly, in the past I had a bit of trouble with the connection (to upload files) but they have solved it.

Fast reply, perfect service, what else does a client need?!

The bounce rate is very less. High quality email verifier api

Thanks to Lucia for a brilliant service, got my 300K credits back due to an error.

Great service and fast response from the customer service.
It was the first time I use Email List Verify to verify my email lists. Not only does this website provide highly accurate results, but also there is a responsive team that helped me in using it. I highly recommend it.

Great affordable service. Why I give 5 stars is because when 2 main lists already processed in their backend got deleted, tech support was super helpful and went out of their way to reinstate the lists without loss of data. The API also works fairly well and the error rate of classifying bounces is within the range of other competitors I had tested previously and which are more expensive. Will definitely continue using them.

In mid 2022 EmailListVerify processed a large stall list for a very valuable price. Communication and support was excellent and we're confident in the output.

Definitely, EmaiListVerify helps keep my domain clean and safe by not sending unreliable and unverified emails.

Their chat support is prompt and awesome to get help with!

It's simple and fast. Best for my needs.

I couldn't even complete my payment!

I tried to pay EmailList Verify 4x and even with sucess transactions, the customer support told me to try over and over again.

I was told to try paypal, another card, I did all this, and didnt work. Now I will have to ask refund for all my transactions.

I lost so much time on this.

I tried a competitor and everything was fine and normal.

And it was just a PAYMENT. I cant imagine their platform to process bounce emails... Of course they have A LOT of tech issues.

Please note I have not used the software - Is simply a review based on my experience with the company and their practices.

This company does not pay affiliates earned commissions.

I have been promoting with my own funds and reputation since February 2021 - And have 27 Pending payouts, Not received one pay out - Owed Between $300 - $500 -

I have contacted Email list verify asking for clarification of the payout time frames and details.

They happily replied to my message and then provided me with a follow up email to contact (Note: is the exact same email I sent the first request to)

Email list verify is happy to assist when they thought I was a customer seeking assistance - Though when they learnt it was an inquiry in relation to the affiliate program and assisting with a payout they have completely ignored each message.

I Have also spoken to their live chat received one reply - Then once they knew my question is about the affiliate payout no other reply.

Just a terrible experience and business to deal with all round.

Have basically given up hope of receiving owed commissions and felt obliged to leave a review to any potential affiliates to stay away and don't waste your time or marketing efforts.

Thanks Clinton

If you need to clean emails from bounces and spam traps, I really recommend this website

Service stopped working completely - they wouldn't provide a refund

Been using it for about 1 year and really happy over the results so far, The interface is clean and easy to use, no issues with them.

Who says quality results have to be expensive? This tool offers a wide variety of packages for your list at a super low cost - their customer service is so awesome that they can give you custom-made packages if none of the packages fit your needs. For starters, they offer 100 emails daily for 10 days as free trial which was more than enough to test the service. Fast email verification and I've always received quality results. Lastly, they take care of customers who've been with them for years and give discounts. Definitely worth the $$$ I've been paying for.

Excellent and responsive customer service, high accuracy of results and bulk API and most important reasonable price.

I paid to have my list cleaned with Email List Verify.

Their UI is OK, but quite confusing. They don't use the same terminology in all their screens, so its hard to see the exact emails you should mail, and the ones that are dead.

I downloaded everything I processed and then uploaded the different sections to my list - subscribed and unsubscribed - so I could clean my database.

Unfortunately, the emails that were cleaned still produced 10% errors - 1500 emails out of 14000. This is not acceptable for a professional list cleaning business.

I told the customer support team, but they just accused me of sending to the complete list of instead of just the "clean" list, which is inaccurate. As proof, I took the clean file, picked a random email from it, search the email log, and that was a bounce back. They still continued to say I was using the wrong list. Therefore, I can only say to you to not waste your money with this company. There are several others who offer guarantees - up to 97% accuracy or your money back.

EmailListVerify failed to offer me a refund, failed to apologies and failed to correct this mistake.

The people who run this company also don't even know what a CSV file is - "download your results as a CSV" - when they are in fact semi-colon delimited.
