EmailPal is a cold email platform that puts domains, warmed mailboxes, a sequencer, a unified inbox and a CRM on one login and one bill. It replaces the usual stack of six separate tools (a domain registrar, a mailbox host, a warmup tool, an email verifier, a sequencer and a CRM) and the CSV files that connect them. What EmailPal does: - Domains and mailboxes: buy or connect domains, with SPF, DKIM (two keys), DMARC and MX records set up and verified automatically. Create mailboxes in bulk for $1 per mailbox per month. - Warmed inboxes: warm your own mailboxes with real accounts at Gmail, Yahoo and AOL, or lease pre-warmed inboxes on domains aged 90+ days, with measured inbox placement shown beside each one. - Sequencer: multi-step campaigns with A/B variants, schedules, daily limits, automatic pausing on high bounce rates, and a pre-launch check. Sequences stop when a lead replies. Open tracking is off by design because it hurts deliverability. - Unified inbox and CRM: every reply from every mailbox lands in one inbox. Label a reply Interested and a deal opens on your pipeline automatically. - List verification: catch-all detection and invalid, risky and disposable address checks before anything is sent. - Deliverability autopilot: EmailPal runs its own mail servers and IP pools, scores reputation per provider (Gmail, Microsoft, Yahoo) every hour, and steps problem addresses down automatically. - REST API and MCP server: 83 API endpoints and 75 tools let developers and AI agents such as Claude provision domains and mailboxes, launch campaigns and manage the pipeline. Plans start at $69 per month for 50 mailboxes, with no per-seat or per-campaign fees. Every plan includes the sequencer, CRM, API and list verification. EmailPal is used by founders, outbound agencies, sales teams and technical teams who want cold email that reaches the inbox without managing several tools. An affiliate program pays 25% of subscription payments. Visit emailpal.io to see pricing and start sending.

I am old AF (meaning old as Fortran) cold-emailer

I am old AF (meaning old as Fortran, look that up, vibe coding kiddies!) and have used cold email FOREVER.

And, I have basically used just about every cold-emailing platform out there (Lemlist, Woodpecker, Instantly, ReachInBox, etc.)

Many outright stunk, some worked well (for awhile, at least), some had a few great features but lacked basic stuff, some had great basic features but lacked critical other features (like randomizing when cold email gets sent, not 50 per emailbox all sent at 9am... yeah, that looks natural).

I had stopped using all of them when various things took my eye off of that ball and after nearly a year went back into the search mode for the latest/greated cold-email platform out there (and anyone reading this knows how "enjoyable" that is... HAHA!)

I literally had the latest one I picked open and entering sign-up info only to be distracted by FB (could it be the message from the girl in high school who I asked to prom finally getting back to me as promised???).

It wasn't that (and, I've seen her pic on FB and even my homely self aged way better than she did!) but while being distracted I saw an ad in my feed for EmailPal (who/what the heck is EmailPal?)

I almost didn't click on it since I had already spent nearly a week weeding through all of the old ones and so many of the new ones (and typing this I remembered I have to make certain I turn off the "free trial" ones that automatically turn into paid subsriptions.)

But, I clicked on it (and I had the Manus window I had been using for that week with all of the assessments of the others still open and figured, oh well, why not ask it about this one, too... It liked it!)

I was stunned by what I saw as it all sounded too good to be true. The feature list is where I start but rapidly I always to to the pricing.

The Starter plan was inexpensive ($70 bucks) and allowed 50 domains and 50 emailboxes.

As if that wasn't good enough?

NO LIMITS ON CONTACTS and NO CHARGES PER STORED CONTACT!!!

(Okay, Lisa G. DHS class of '72 (1972, not 1872, I'm not THAT old AF!!!) I totally forgot about you for the time being!)

Email warming, workspaces, sequencing, on and on and on, all the stuff I was looking for, already, in that one place.

At that point I basically was sold (my thinking also was even if it was not what it said it was, I already was minutes away from signing up with my week's worth of homework other best choice so I would lose some time trying it out, but not have to undergo another week of homework to get back to where I was.)

I signed up for the Starter plan (planning on going to the Growth plan after getting the feel for the starter plan assuming all goes well (which allows for 200 domains, 200 mailboxes for $189/month).

I had 20 .com domains related to the primary domain already suggested by Manus so adding them to their platform took minutes (bought directly through them for $13/domain (which includes automatic setup, so the extra couple bucks per each was a "no-brainer" as I am SICK TO DEATH of having to do all of that on my own!!!))

Then I wanted to add the mailboxes and EmailPal creates all of those for you, as well (so I don't have to sit there and create mailboxes, mailbox names, etc.)

All of that maybe on the high-side took 5 MINUTES!

Then I was staring at the screen thinking "Now what?" (it's not that they don't have a KB, workflow spelled out, etc., it's just that at my age of course I don't read manuals...)

So, I thought, maybe I should warm up the mailboxes/domains and that, too, was another 5 minutes to get started.

Since I did have so much experience with other platforms over the years (decades) there were some features/tweaks I was interested in that other platforms had and I submitted those "friendly suggestions".

AMAZINGLY, not only did I get a reply almost immediately, they actually thanked me for the suggestions and said they would add them.

Even more amazingly, several were implemented within hours (don't get me wrong, I wasn't asking for massive platform changes or additions, but I was asking for stuff that was important to me and they actually did them (and are working on others)).

The mailboxes are now being warmed and most of the 60 I added (I paid a buck apiece for the extra 10 outside of the Starter plan's included 50 - well worth it) are warmed, so far, showing 100% success hitting the inbox. The worst couple I have hit 92 or 93%, a couple in the 95 - 97% range, all of which is friggin' great.

So, with all of that being said, since everything is still being warmed up I haven't done any real sends as yet so I can't report on real results but hopefully it will remain in the same range (I would be thrilled if they just stayed above 90% across the board).

In closing I actually thank FB and the EmailPal advertising team for hitting me with their ad!

Hope you have the exact same experience if you give them a try!
