Liars. I don't know how to describe the experience besides crazy. They told me they will build me a complete website and telehealth, they then told me they do marketing and we tried it for months without 1 single patient and now they are telling me I need to put more money on ads. Total crazy company.

Really great service

Booked an appointment and they missed the call but had the professionalism to call hours later to explain that there was a problem with their phone system. Not many companies care enough about potential customers to do that.

Emberflow has onboarded us fast and was able to get our ad campaign running within 10 days. It took us a good 3 weeks to start seeing our first patient and then we started getting patients consistently. This month, were on track to hit 40 patients

Emberflow has been great to work with. They came in with a clear strategy, got everything set up fast and we started seeing strong new bookings sooner than expected. Communication has been smooth and fast, and they actually care about results!

If you want real growth without the usual agency fluff, I would highly recommend them.

This company has improved massively over the past year. Better support, better communication and better results. I can say they care about your success. We still add about 25 patients per month during Q4.

I tried 4 other agencies before Emberflow and when I signed up with them I wasn't optimistic at all. For my first 3 weeks I didn’t see any patients and I thought about quitting, I thought this was like every other agency I tried before that overpromises and underdelivers . They've always been very responsive to me so I reported my concerns and Peter reached out personally saying he was going to fix it for me. I gave it another week and I finally started seeing patients, the week later I started getting 5-10 patients per week consistently. Overall good company and super responsive team. Sometimes things slow down but theyre proactive and fix it in a matter of days.
