It's almost impossible to get out of the subscription. The product does not work. You have to return it. No matter what they say- it's all a lie. Save yourself the money and the headache- do not buy.

I am loving my Wave 2 so far. There have been a few times I left it at home and definitely felt a difference when I didn't have it. It definitely helps my hot flashes and sleep. I am going to look into purchasing one instead the monthly. I wanted to make sure it worked and it did.

I purchased this item and am allergic to the metal in it. I've been trying for WEEKS to cancel and return it and nobody will give me an address to mail it to or a phone number to contact someone. I've emailed several times and spoken to live chat and still nothing. I am going to have to dispute the charges with my bank at this point since they refuse to let me cancel the monthly service and return the device.

Had problems with my Wave 2 charging and customer service were brilliant, replaced it despite being out of warranty. Very happy as I was worried I would have to shell out for a new one.

I have tried 2 waves and none worked for me
I switched the the first which was rose colored for the black. And was charged an additional $10.00 for what should have been an exchanged of a defective item. I also had to switch up my band because the band that came attached to the wave slips when you sweat. This item is supposed to be geared towards those who sweat, and sweat proff band should not be an extra charged. Ivwanted this item to work so badly I shelled out the $360.00 of my social social security check because of my, optimism, my prayers that the wave would work for me.
My optimism soon crashed and burned when i flashed in the frozen food section of the market on a snowy day and found myself pushing the button on my wave and on my phone app several times in vain and frustration. I was drenched in sweat until i place a bag of frozen peas on my wrist and opening a roll of paper towels to help cool me and to dry my face and neck. I paid for the items , more money I had to dish out.
I have sent both the wave and the band back and requested a refund. I received a letter from Embre labs appearing to contain threats of my not receiving a full refund for the wave and the extra band excluding the 10. 00 I paid for what was suppose to be an even exchange.
I responded with a request to not receive anymore correspondence containg threats.
I will see how this company behaves moving forward before initiating further actions
