To clarify the misinformation and deflection in your response to the work that was carried out in my mums home.
• The Refund: It was made explicitly clear to you from the start that we were only asking for a partial refund to cover the cost of correcting your mistake, not a full refund.
• The Timing: While we acknowledge you were dealing with a personal event at the time, this does not change the physical fact that our heating failed due to your substandard work so we got a plumber to look at it. No one invents a plumbing emergency or pays a second professional just to chase a partial refund - ?
• The Plumber & Proof: The independent plumber who attended is a qualified local professional. He has confirmed with you directly the incorrect installation of the flexi lines in writing.

We attempted to resolve this reasonably and privately. Because you have chosen to resort to personal insults, gaslighting, and public defamation against my family, while building the narrative that we have attacked/threatened your family while we have all the screenshots of the Facebook messages that you have now deleted because it suits your own narrative.

Also to clear up other lies. She did not contact you yesterday about the issue. All messages are time stamped, you weren’t available although according to further posts and reviews you and your team were available to clients that still had outstanding balances - but not clients were issues had occurred due to your work.

Your behaviours are extremely alarming. The fact that you have just welcomed a newborn baby, yet you have sat for all those hours that you mentioned building a narrative that we have fabricated a plumbing fault is crazy, you also then had time to build a narrative that we have now fabricated a plumber who in fact - the plumber has contacted you off seeing how you were defaming our family on Facebook because it was not right - your actions are wrong. You will not take accountability.

This is the timeline - We contacted you because our heating system failed - we respected you were on the labour ward. You were only contacted again the following day to let you know that it was broken due to your error that someone else had to fix. You have said in a message that they were fixed 5 weeks ago and no one knows how they ended up the wrong way around - implying that we must of changed them around ourselves, we messaged you to query it not working, we paid another plumber to fix the issue, you are implying that we done all that to get a partial refund from you. Honestly if you actually sat and thought about it where would be the logic in any of that. Why would we or another plumber make up any of it up - nobody has anything to gain from contacting you.

But you have taking it one step further to try to blast our family to your narrative and then you block and delete your comments and the so called threats but again we have every single communication of this crazy tale, how unprofessional you are from your first message to your last comment . You have phone numbers, you know the address, and you refuse to answer the phone to handle this professionally - you seem to have a lot of time to up keep your ego on your reviews but no time to rectify mistakes. For the sake of your business, don’t reply - all evidence is there.

Eamon was unprofessional today whilst communicating with my mum via text messages. He told lies which also continued under a facebook review I left on the business page. My mum had work carried out a few weeks ago when there was a problem she contacted him to be told he was unavailable with no indication of when someone would be. I have noticed on the previous review that Eamon was prompt today with someone and Chris and collegues completed the job. Why wasn't my mum treated like this? I can only assume it was because she had indicated a mistake had been made by previous work carried out by EMD.

She had to get another plumber and that's how she found out that the problem was because something had been done incorrectly. EMD did a few jobs in my mums but her only contact was about the mistake. She had been without heating for 2 days and had to pay the other plumber as he fixed the mistake. Eamon demanded the name of the plumber and proof. The other plumber had nothing to gain from telling my mum about this mistake and did not even ask who carried out the previous work. Eamon became very disrespectful to my mum and called her "clean mad".

I left a review on the facebook page to which he replied to me disrespectfully and told lies about my mum. He said my mum threatened "us and our families" my mum did no such thing. At one point in the text messages Eamon wrote "we want" and my mum reminded him only one person attended her home so why suddenly was there a "we"

The other plumber made contact with Eamon at a later stage but Eamon failed to mention this on the facebook post until my sister asked him directly. Eamon also made comments about playing the victim and using the woman card. Those comments were deleted quickly. A friend, I presume, wrote my mum was looking for a free job. That was also deleted and is a lie. My mum paid EMD in full and had to cover the cost of the other plumber that was her only concern when she contacted Eamon. Her messages say she was not looking for all the money back.

Eamon deleted all his comments on my facebook review. He also blocked me and my sister. Since the facebook comments other people have reached out to let me know of similiar experiences with EMD. Other people have told me Eamon is known for deleting any negative reviews or comments.

So please be careful if you choose to use EMD. Eamon is unprofessional and a liar.

Highly recommend EMD Plumbing and Heating, especially Chris and his colleague (apologies never got his name)! Eamon was prompt responses and all the lads were incredibly reliable from start to finish. I am so grateful for how helpful they were in explaining my new Navien combi boiler—they took the time to show me exactly how everything works so I feel completely confident using it.

Fantastic service from EMD. Had our old boiler removed from utility room and a new one fitted outside. Tidy and professional work from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Extremely unprofessional

My pipe leaked only after you cowboys added other links to it, you are one dillussional company. Madness is an understatement.I left a review on monday night of EMD. To which i got a reply on here, full of lies. Mr eamon doherty then took to facebook.sharing photos of me, naming and shaming as he said !!in such a professional manner he must be so proud.
1. You said flood happened 7 days later?you need to check your books for when work started and ended. I have photos dated if you need help. Check you revolut for final payment maybe that might help.
2 pipe on other end of house ?? Maybe if youd actually came to my house you could of seen exactly where the pipe was. Yes it was an old pipe..but only after i had a bath a sink removed. Hot water eamonn!!!
3. You can provide proof. Maybe if you had of actually came near me and tried to explain what happened. And work with me.2 days with no water or electric. When i phoned on monday you told me to prove it !!
4. Your professionalsm and bully boy tactics. Are second to none. You proved this on facebook before you deleted it. Which i was blocked by you from seeing. I have evidence of it all eamonn.
Sorry if i was wrong for looking for an explanation of what happened. Of even an apology from Emd. 20 days later and i still havent received my guarantee either. Why doesnt that surprise me

Done work for a family member she left him a bad review because her home flooded when work was complete. He took to Facebook and shared her photograph then removed the whole post after getting a lot of grief underneath it and called out for his lies. Bear in mind this is one of the nicest ladies you could ever meet. Work looked good on outside and he even commented how good of a client she was when he put her bathroom photos online. a completely unprofessional workman with a dummy hanging outa his mouth. Told her the flood water in her living room would come in handy for a pool. No more needs said.

Recently had my bathroom completely refurbished by Eamon and team.
Right from the first appointment Eamon was very helpful in planning the refurb - he took my ideas and told me what would work, and suggested improvements that could be made, keeping my budget in mind. I was kept informed throughout the process.
I was on holiday while the work took place and was completely blown away when I saw the final result. Absolutely perfect and exactly what I wanted. Eamon and team also tidied up after themselves - I didn’t have to do a thing.
