I am truly grateful to have come across Ankur, a member of the Emerald Property Finance Experts team, who dedicated his valuable time and effort to support us and help us out of the mess our previous brokers left us in, almost halfway through the process.

I approached Ankur last summer after becoming frustrated with the mortgage broker I had worked with previously. Unfortunately, Ankur could not directly help me as we were after a second charge mortgage, something that Ankur does not specialise in. Ankur, did, however, refer me to another company that could help.
While the process with the company that we were referred to was not always straightforward, Ankur stayed involved throughout, lending us his expert opinion as well as leveraging his influence with the lender to make sure we had our questions answered swiftly.
There was no need for Ankur to do this for us but we are so grateful that he did as it really helped the process along and it reassured me, if reassurance was ever needed, that Ankur truly is an expert in his field as well as someone who understands the importance of communication between agent and client.
I would highly recommend Ankur’s services as a mortgage broker and look forward to working with him in the future.
