Our experience with Emirates team seamless from start to finish, from booking the tickets and hotel too .Continental Hotel Oslo exceeded our expectations with its excellent service, elegant atmosphere, and prime location. Situated close to both the shopping district and the waterfront, it made exploring the city easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Oslo.

We had an outstanding experience with Emirates Holidays. Everything was arranged professionally from door to door — we didn’t even need to follow up or contact them once during the trip. The entire process was seamless.

Our recent stay at Anahita Golf & Spa Resort was nothing short of exceptional. The setting is breathtaking, with lush tropical grounds, a private beach, and golf course views that felt like a postcard. Staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely went out of their way to make our stay special. Our 3 bedroom villa was spacious, beautifully maintained, and the private pool was a dream. Dining was excellent, especially the fresh seafood and Mauritian specialities, we opted for the All Inclusive package with Emirates Holidays, to include business class flights and private transfer, superb value for money. The boat trip to Ile aux Cerfs was a highlight, the beach was PARADISE. Perfect family holiday for relaxing, unwinding, and indulging in a bit of luxury – we left refreshed and already talking about when we’ll be back.

I am booking our family vacation with them since 3 years and we always found everything perfect.

The experience with emirate holiday office in Jeddah was marvelous as usual especially the Mr Abdullellah upon reservation the flight going to Dubai was perfect the hotel was OK but the return back to Jeddah flight was delayed after we was onboard late for 1 hour the captain said due to cargo problem I hope it will never happen again coz it was annoying

Everything was handled so well and easily. Loved my trip.

Even though I was just enquiring about holiday options he was amazing he treated me like im spending millions

I had a clear understanding of what would happen and when. He had knowledge and made me feel like im his only customer as he is very attentive he wasn't just selling a product to me but he assisted me in planning the best holiday ever. After back and forth we decided on ifuru Island Resort Maldives and when we arrived at the airport people from the resort was waiting they explained what was gonna happend
We got to the resort and the staff was waiting for us with a welcome this was everything and more
The resort is exactly like the pictures ir was beautiful and clean with amazing and friendly staff from reception to housekeeping. My kids loved it there was something for everyone

Before arriving at passport control I was met with a emirates holidays representative which was waiting for me and told me where to go and that another person is waiting for me
And they were there all smiles welcoming me to Dubai. This has been such an amazing experience. It's the service for me

We had excellent service from the day we decided to contact Gugulethu. We informed her that we were a family of 2 adults and 1 child. She ensured that provision was made for all of us to be accommodated.
She was friendly and helpful with all our requirements and questions.
The entire trip was seamless. We were guided by emirates staff from the time we arrived.
The accommodation, shuttle services and activities were beyond our expectation.
We received value for money and came back rejuvenated.

The in-country consultant I dealt with (Dale, in the South Africa office) was very professional and willing to assist. I think our email chain is over 70 emails! A patient gentleman who answered all my queries and organised everything really well. I did have to do a bit of research on the resort for myself though, to ensure that we were not duplicating services that the resort provided, such as airport transfers. However, my overall experience on the booking side, including organising tourist visa's, was efficient and not at all stressful. He even updated our flights when our initial one was no longer offered. He made sure to sit us together even though it was two separate bookings. It was also lovely to receive a courtesy call three days prior to our departure from the UAE Emirates Holidays office just confirming all our booking details. They also had an Emirates Holiday representative to welcome us at the airport just before passport control.
