Base con ninguna solución y sin captar satelites
Hola buenas, tengo un problema con la base la cual al encenderla no capta satélites, arroja como ninguna solución uno deja calcular coordenadas en ningún modos, a alguien le a pasado?

I just wanted to say i was pleasure the emlid support team. I was having some issues updating Arduplane 4.5.4 version for UAV and i sent e-mail to emlid support they are come back in 3-4 hours like a WhatsApp conversation:) Problem solved!

The future of surveys
Thank you Emlid for democratising access to survey grade equipment. It is amazing to see how you guys developed a system that is accurate and intuitive to use. A much more pleasant experience compared to other brands that cost 3 times more.

The hardware and software is very good, flexible and you get a very affordbale surveying solution. Excellent customer support combined with the community forum means you are never stuck with a problem, there is always help available.
If you're using drones for surveying, you can't go wrong with integrating Emlid hardware and software into your workflow. 🙌

Accuracy error with permanent base…
2 months ago i installed permanent base station with RS2. last 3 weeks i am noticing with NTRIP connection after 39 KM i am not getting the accuracy in fixed solution,
i mean when the solution simultaneously going to flot and fix after some time when i re-check in fixed solution stackout previous points are not in exact coordinates around 12to13 cm some times it will goes 43cm

Thanks to the Emlid products, I performed much research that would otherwise have been impossible due to operational costs. Accurate and affordable products used in most fields of geoscience are something really new on the market but the most noticeable aspect is also their rigour and reliability provided to the users thanks to the support team.

There should have UTM data input option in base setting, like other brands. It is important to have the common facilities on the software.

Hello friends!!
Hello friends!!! My name is Richard. I'm here in the State of Amapá - Amazon - Brazil. I want to share my experience with Emlid.
I am a Geoprocessing Technologist and we need equipment that is connected to each other, working together. Regarding this, I found the Emlid Reach RS2 Receivers to be a great workflow in connection with my Autel Robotics Evo 2 Pro RTK V3 Drones. Where I can work in perfect harmony. However, we have something peculiar here in my region. We are separated from the rest of Brazil due to the immensity of the Amazon River and the large number of areas flooded by the tributaries of the Amazon River. For this reason we have our own Datum here.
In the last few days I contacted Emlid support to create a hgeoHNOR - Santana geotiff model. That would make our lives easier around here. As always, I was well received and the response was positive for our order, which was made with excellent performance information about the Emlid Flow 360 workflow. Which showed excellent accuracies in the construction of the hgeoHNOR Model - Imbituba, which is the Datum of the rest of Brazil.
It's great to know that we can count on dedicated professionals who are always willing to help. That's why I want to share my experience with this Company. Made by professionals who respect their customers.

Reach RS3
Located in Australia. Purchased reach rs3. Straight out of box issues with internal modem not working correctly. Tried to get support, no contact phone numbers only email contact. Very minimal support, kept requesting us to try something, run a report and send it to them. Then once complete wait for response 2-3 days, then try something else run report. We discovered a work around using external modem. We wasted 30-40 man-hours trying to resolve issue.
In summary 1 month later, still not resolved, still internal modem doesn't work.
Unit when booting up takes 3-5mins to get fix and recieve corrections.
Unit is getting used on a 3 month data collection project. Worker refuses to use tilt compensator as its too slow and takes too long to get fix/ activate tilt. Compensator. Worker stating it takes maybe 30s-1min, between point collect to activate get fix/tilt at the next point.
Also noticed a number of points collected state the unit is in fix, but obvious from elevation that it's not in fix, with measurements 20m higher than they should be. Now we have to go recollect these points in a town 45mins away, therefore creating more rework at our expense.
In summary the apparent savings in purchase price for this unit, compared to a reputable brand are quickly eaten up with features that do not work properly increasing required manhours to complete tasks.

Me gusta el equipo RTK emlid, no se me dificultó mucho aprender a usarlo ya que yo por muchos años ya habia usado equipo GPS aunque de otra marca y de posproceso, me encanta la precisión aunque sabemos que su limitante es la distancia corta debido a su antena lora. gracias
