most of the negative comments refer to long delivery times. Possibly they do not keep stock but source the products after they receive the order. If you're not in a hurry and are prepared to wait you should receive your product and for the right price. I certainly did.

I’m very happy with my purchase from EM MOTO. The Akrapovic exhaust arrived safely, and I have already installed it.

They offered the best price I could find online, which was a big plus for me.

There was a small delay with the order, but it was not their fault. The support team was polite and helpful throughout the process.

I’m satisfied with the service and would recommend them.

Ordered a new helmet from them with shipping to Canada. The helmet was sent within a day, and showed up in great condition a week later at my door. Em moto was nice to deal with, had very competitive prices and I would for sure buy from them again.

I ordered February 1, 2026. 05 kawasaki ninja zx6r, Dynojets secondary fuel module. I thought it was miracle I finally found one! But I think not. I have since tried to cancel my order since I was told 15 day then 30 business from ordering. that was all I ever heard along with a thank you for your trust and that they will let me know if it will take longer and what shipping updates. Especially would like to have some info because I have to pay shipping duties on top of my 350$usd order all and all I think they sold something they don’t have online. Nobody has one any where for sale. Still haven’t heard back either such a shame I heard decent things about them but looks like I wasted money and I’m not getting any answers or what I paid for either. F-

Bei meinem erworbenen Auspuff der Marke MIVV stellte ich fest, dass der DB Killer bzw. Teile des DB Killer fehlte und er dadurch zu laut ist und somit nicht den Richtwerten der Zulassung entspricht. Nach achtmaliger Kontaktaufnahme und Vorschlägen meinerseits für Umtausch oder Nachbesserung durch Nachsenden des fehlenden Teils welches ca. 52,00 € kosten würde, wurde ich immer wieder vertröstet weil es wohl einer Abklärung mit dem Hersteller MIVV bedarf. Die ganze Sache zieht sich nun schon seit November 2025 und es ist immer noch keine Lösung in Sicht. Aus diesem Grunde bin ich sehr enttäuscht und würde jedem dringend abraten bei dieser Firma einzukaufen. Eigentlich ist ein Stern für die Bewertung noch zuviel.

Service hors-pair !!! J'ai commandé un casque et il m'ont répondu dans l'heure pour mentionner que le casque était finalement en rupture et disponible seulement en juin. J'ai alors annulé ma commande comme ils me l'ont gentiment offert et reçu mon remboursement immédiatement. Je n'hésiterais pas à refaire affaires avec eux.

Prix intéressants mais commande honorée avec 3 semaines de retard et pas de communication!
Service SAV inexistant...à ce jour déjà 1 mois de relance pour aucun avancement et seuls des messages automatiques pour indiquer qu'ils traitent le dossier.
Honteux!

So I was quite hesitant to order from this shop after reading so many reviews, then I read the store managers replies to the negative reviews (spoken like a true proud Italian business owner), I laughed my ass off and ordered an LV one exhaust, took around 3 weeks to be delivered (i do live on an island). I had absolutely no problem waiting as it was stated that they need 15 working days to ship. I did send 1 email to ask about possible delivery date, surprisingly on the day the exhaust arrived. They replied pretty quickly. I even complained that the exhaust had a defective silencer, sent them pictures and everything. I once again was reassured via email quite quickly that the exhaust is fine and if I choose to I can contact LV company directly, tell them I got it from EM MOTO and if they agreed with me about the defective part then EM MOTO would gladly send another one. After checking multiple videos on youtube turns out I was wrong, they were right. Exhaust was fine, I was being paranoid, I installed it, sounds EPIC and got it for a very good price compared to anywhere else. So thank you EM MOTO team. If you are reading this and don't mind a bit of waiting just make that order. Cheers!

Commandé un casque arai le mercredi , reçu 7 jours ouvrés plus tard le vendredi. Colis super bien emballé et protégé. De plus le prix est le moins cher sur internet donc très satisfait de mon achat

I really wish I had read the reviews before placing my order. They did not send the item as promised, and when I asked for a refund, they simply dismissed my request. Do not shop here. EM Moto are scammers.

Uno, perché zero non si puo’. Molto molto scorretti, prima di acquistare ho chiesto se i prodotti fossero disponibili, mi hanno confermato la disponibilità (giovedì) e mi hanno detto che avrebbero spedito martedi, massimo mercoledì, ho effettuato l’acquisto con bonifico istantaneo. Da lì in poi il vuoto, non si son fatti sentire, alla mail dopo vari solleciti, venerdì mi han risposto che avevano problemi con il magazzino e che avrebbero spedito lunedì, alle pec non rispondono, l’addetto alle vendite uno scostumato, si é limitato a dire che non era un problema suo e che dovevo scrivere una mail (cosa giá fatta ma senza riscontro). sconsiglio.

Buying from Canada, and the prices EM Moto offers on helmets (and other gear) are some of the best on the planet. While the time it takes to go from "purchase-to-shipped-to-delivered" can be a wee bit lengthy, it's well worth it given the pricing, selection, and customer support they offer along the way (THANKS RICCARDO!!). Product arrived in perfect condition, only fed/prov taxes required payment along with a minimal handling fee. If you're on the fence - forget about it...create an account - keep your eyes open for offers & discounts - and shop with confidence. Absolutely fantastic transaction with EM Moto.

Compré un Termignoni y en una semana lo tuve en casa, es cierto que como punto de mejora tiene que ser la comunicación con el cliente, fue bastante difícil pero todo Ok! volveré a comprar si encuentro alguna oferta interesante

Ordered an Ohlins Rear Shock Absorber SU916 for Vstrom 650 on Nov 25, 2025 from Taiwan, and received it Jan 20. The absorber's was delivered well-packaged, safe and sound (and it works perfectly well with my Andreani forks). But the shopping experience was less than satisfactory overall.

I had learned of the estimated delivery time (> 30 business days at the time of ordering) for my order, read through all Trustpilot and Google reviews for this company, and developed mixed feelings about placing an order---because, as you can see, quite a few customers reported negative experiecnes. But I eventually went ahead, considering that there couldn't be any better deal.

I knew Ohlins products like what I ordered normally take long to deliver, yet l reached the company several times trying to learn about how my order was being processed and whether therer would be any specific progress. I didn't mean to rush things; I just wanted to make sure if they were working on my order.

They replied "waiting for some information" once in mid-Dec and twic in mid-Jan, which made me lose my patience and ask my credit-card issuer to demand a refund. I figured they were being evasive and my order was not being properly attended to. To my relief and surprise, they soon had my order shipped, and I responded with an apology.

Regardless, while we didn't communicate well, I'd love to revisit EM MOTO. I would be grateful if you guys can be more straightforward with your customers.

J'ai commandé un silencieux arrow pour kove 800 le 26 février 2026 paiement par virement bancaire. Je n'avais pas d'informations sur la réception de l'argent par EM moto. J'ai écris plusieurs fois mais pas de réponse rapide (5jours). J'ai reçu finalement mon colis une semaine avant la date prévue.
EM moto devrait sérieusement investir dans la relation client surtout que leurs clients se trouvent dans d'autres coins du globe.

Habe bei EM MOTO eine Helm aus Deutschland bestellt, Versandart DPD, das Packet wurde nicht zugestellt, EM MOTO hat eine Nachforschauftrag in Auftrag gegeben, DPD sagt ohne beweise das Packet wurde zugestellt, der Ablageort ist Videoüberwacht, am besagten Liefertag, sind aber keine Aufnahmen vorhanden, weil keiner da war. Schreiben von meinem Rechtsanwalt kommt.
