Just to say really great customer service. I had a query on the subscription and using the app and Yasmin and Jeremy got back to me within a couple of hours on both occasions, so to me that's a sign it's a 'proper' business (and not jus bots!). Quite refreshing actually. And the app aggregates multiple accounts in one place like it says

Based on my experience, I'd certainly recommend Emma for keeping track of your finances.

Absolute joke, they claim to give out £100 for completing a quiz but never paid up

The EMMA software has significantly upgraded my control of my domestic finances and have enabled me to undertake a large scale house renovation project known the finances are clearly set out and accessible.

They have a reasonable service but key omissions from their integration ruins that (Vanguard). Worse than that they use a shameful tactic of making it deliberately difficult and misleading when you try and cancel. The classic click cancel -> are you sure? Here’s 50% discount. -> CLick I’m sure -> why don’t you chat to our support team? -> How about a 70% discount? -> No I want to cancel -> do you want to cancel now or later? -> Yes I want to cancel and then there’s still more ! They also change the layout of the page, the button colours so if you’re not paying 100% attention you could click the wrong button and not realise you haven’t cancelled! No legitimate app would need
To do such behaviour. They’ll be bankrupt soon clearly.

Shocking customer service. Takes days to reply and have to be chased multiple times. Took money from my main current account without permission. Had to send screen shots of the transaction to prove that they have done this. Shocking, cannot wait to close my account with them.

Downloaded to see what it was like, and never signed up for anything. Cancelled the trial but still was automatically put on the 'pro plan' and then charged £83.99 without my knowledge
At no point was this made clear when signing up I also wasn't given an option of what plan to choose
They just take £83.99 after 7 days and you don't even get a notification to confirm 7 day free trial is over and that money will be taken
An app to manage all your subscriptions but this is the biggest and most expensive hidden subscription I've ever had!
I've left a message with customer services requesting a full refund and also reporting to my bank but yet to have a reply from them

Downloaded the app, it prompts you to connect all your bank accounts and THEN funnels you to select what level of subscription you want to pay for- it's very unclear how to proceed without signing up for a paid subscription in the Apple app. Once you do figure it out, you have to click through a "quick tutorial" which is about 50 clicks with no option to exit.

Downloaded a "7 day free trial" which i didnt have the option on what sort of plan to choose but obviously the automatically put you on the most expensive one. they have tried 3 times in one day to take nearly £85 out of my bank. And have sent me 3 emails to update payment method.
I havent even fully set up my account yet, not agreed to any t&c's my zccount is 5% complete yet your trying to take money out of my account numerous times.

It’s definitely the best of the bunch
It’s definitely the best of the bunch, I have tried a few. It’s very simple and intuitive to use so you always know where you are in the month, what you are spending your money on and most importantly keeping you in a budget that you set with Emma’s help.
Brilliant App
I know that I can customise the app and I need to do that, but even at the unmodified level it is a brilliant app for knowing where your money is going. It even works out somethings for you on it's own. Highly Recommended.
