I love my new plates! They look as good in person as they do on the website. In fact, I forgot I bought “seconds” until I saw it on the review. Very pleased with how they coordinate with other plates I inherited from my parents. My photo doesn’t do them justice. Everything was packed very well. Recommend!

The products are excellent I love them
Love this - another "makes me happy" plate to be added to my collection.
Beautifully made. Very good value for money. Quick delivery and excellent service.
These were seconds but were so bad they shouldn’t have been sent as seconds, the paint design was smudged with paint finger prints in a few places and was very noticeable.

Good Afternoon Catherine,
Thank you for your review.
We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your order, I can advise that our seconds pottery can have faults with the decoration, finish or shape, but should still be fit for purpose.
We do hope that this has not discouraged you from continuing to purchase from us in the future.
Kind Regards
Emma Bridgewater Team
lovely plate to add to my collection
