I’ve been a loyal customer for years and truly appreciate the quality of your shirts. However, the extra charges and complicated process caused by Brexit are simply unreasonable.
Until you establish an EU-based e-shop, I will need to find another shirt supplier.

Quality and stylish product, first class service.

I’m an old customer. I have ordered fully bespoke shirts as well as bought some in the Jermyn Street shop & online. My latest purchase was online & I wanted to collect it myself. The machine then said pick-up was at the Gloucester factory rather than the London shop. I emailed my predicament on a late Saturday afternoon & had a live response almost by return. Problem fixed. Seriously awesome customer service! The shirt will be just as comfortable & hard wearing as all the others I own.
