Returned to Emma Willis for another shirt I know will look great, fit well and last. Service is impeccable and friendly and offer of alternatives made to suit was appreciated. Much to admire about beautifully crafted clothing still made in the UK.

The shirt was beautifully made as I would have expected from one of Jermyn Streets, newest, but I would hazard a guess at saying, best, new tenants.
I have often bought from other famous retailers in Jermyn Street and Emma Willis is definitely on my go to list now. Delivery was quite fast but expensive (inevitable if you live outside the UK / EU). The website was excellent and very intuitive to use.

As always fantastic shirts, beautiful material, perfectly made and clearly with dedication and skill.
I've been wearing Emma's formal shirts and cashmere polos since I've been a customer which is some 40 years and never once has the quality been anything but of the highest standards.

Where is the option for six stars?
You are all just fabulous. It was Monday, and I needed a shirt for a formal event on Saturday, but I wanted a single cuff and only a double cuff was available. Rather than ending the conversation there, your team went above and beyond. You had a shirt sent from your London showroom back to the factory to have the cuffs replaced, and it arrived safely with me on Friday morning.
If you’ve never experienced how amazing it feels to wear an Emma Willis shirt, you simply must.
Phenomenal product. Phenomenal service. Phenomenal all round.
