Poor customer support and product quality
Hi,
I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase from EMORI Gurgaon store with invoice no-STR01I382. The earrings I bought looked beautiful however the quality was very poor. On the very first use, one of the earrings broke because it did not have a proper opening lock. The clasp was loose and poorly designed, making it impossible to secure properly in the ear.
What makes the experience even worse is the lack of customer support. I reached out multiple times to report the issue and request a replacement or refund as I came back to UK, but I have not received any helpful response or solution. It is very frustrating to spend money on a product that breaks immediately and then be ignored by customer service.
I would not recommend purchasing from this brand based on my experience. Quality and customer support need significant improvement.
