Plastic bag arrived empty, no assistance from customer service although I sent multiple emails. Obviously a scam site

BUYERS BEWARE!!! Do not purchase fromThis company! They claim to have 100% satisfaction guarantee - but they ignore emails and will not complete my return - although I fully complied with the return policy. I am now out $103!

Purchased one style of swimsuit that arrived and I was happy with. Thought I would order another two pairs but when they arrived and style and sizing didn’t suit so I requested a return authority. Now getting the run around, was told it would be a better option for me to accept an exchange because of return shipping costs and international fee charges to return to China. Stay away from purchasing from this company unless you are happy to roll the dice.

Tried to return items per online guidelines, they've been giving me the runaround about it being too expensive, keep trying to get me to keep the items for a discount, etc. They won't just give me the return label as I've requested twice. I do not recommend.

Very poor quality. Items not as pictured on the website. Stitches were unraveling, colors were not as pictured, the metal pieces on the swimsuit that I ordered came as silver, and they were pictured as gold on the website. When attempting to return with customer service; incredibly difficult. I sent multiple pictures, but they have continued to dispute. Do not buy from this company!

They don’t have zero stars or else that’s what I would’ve given this company. They are a total scam garbage swimsuits cheaply made ill fitting and then they refuse to give you a refund because in order to ship it back it cost a ridiculous amount of money. They offered me a 5% refund on my suit. Is that supposed to be some kind of a joke? Then they offered to exchange the suit for me. Why would I exchange the suit for another suit when the product is crap. At a minimum they should be giving people a refund of at least half of the price of the suit. Do not buy one single thing from this company. The products are pure garbage.

$44.98 was charged to my credit card on Jan. 28. I never placed an order. This was theft.

This company is a scam!
I ordered 2x swim suits. One actually fitted fine, the other was about 10 sizes bigger than I ordered and the quality of both was cheap and nasty, not what you see in the photos!! When I requested the information to return the item for a refund, they offered 10% of the initial price saying ‘it will cost me more to return it so I should be happy with 10%’ It was then I realized I was dealing with a Chinese company, not in the US. I refused their offer and they upped it to 20%. I again refused and repeated my request for the return address. They sent me a threatening email that if I returned it they couldn’t guarantee it would arrive. I sent it in Nov 2025 and saw in the tracking that it had arrived in China, left in customs and then returned back to me, unclaimed by them. I am in the process of emailing them for my refund. They have gone unanswered so far.

They sent me an XL when I asked for a small. I have tried contacting them but to no avail.

It is impossible to get a refund , this company is a disgrace ,do not deal with them . The fabric is terrible , and they just say they will only refund 10% of the price ……..

Read a "Gemini" review which was 100% BS and ordered a suit $56. Not true to size and I hated the fit the day it arrived I sent a request for a "free return" more BS! Sent 5 emails no response and filed a dispute with my credit card. Went again to their site and you must pay the return charge to China! The cost to ship it back is more than the suit cost. So I will wait the 90 days for the dispute to run its course with my credit card. This place is awful AVOID AVOID AVOID! Agreed it should have a Zero rating!

FIRST OF ALL SIZING IS NOT TO TRUE SIZE. I GIVE THE COMPANY A ZERO BECAUSE WHEN TRIED TO RETURN AND THEY SAID I HAD TO PAY FOR SHIPPING TO CHINA...THEY SAID IT WOULD BE EXPENSIVE. THEY ARE VERY SLOW TO RESPOND TO EMAIL AND NOT FULLY ANSWERING MY QUESTIONS. I KEEP ASKNG FOR THE ADDRESS AND NO RESPONSE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Horrible experience. They advertise that items can be returned but make it absolutely impossible. I would NEVER order from this company again. Stay far away from this SCAM.

Almost impossible to return. They make you pay the shipping fee back to China which in my case was $60 for a $45 swimsuit... Stay away from this company

I placed an order in early April via Paypal. Bathing Suits (qty 5) did not come. Filed a dispute with Paypal and got my order after my trip. 3 of the 5 items did not fit. One cover up for example was so tiny that my arm could not even go through. The other was fine.

The ad I was target by on Facebook advertised free returns. I have been in a chat with them since April trying to return the three items and get a refund. Every week its a new story. It started as, "Either take a 20% refund and keep the items, or we can issue you two free items as replacements and you can keep the items." Eventually I caved and took the two.

Once I picked the items, then suddenly my order number could not be located and was wrong. Then they could not find the two items I picked from their site. Now that we're back to finding the two items, my order number is again an issue, even though the screen capture is from their website and email confirmations. Yesterday they told me 10% could be given back (not 20%.) Today no one will answer. The company is a complete scam. The know the limitations of PayPal and I and play the game. I was told they are under investigation by PayPal.

If I could give zero I would.
Terrible customer service, was blocked on social media and Messenger when I questioned them.
Finally received low quality, too large products which I have no hope in returning for a refund given communication to date.
And not as described, the ‘one piece’ swim dress is awful and misleading, it’s actually two separate pieces, a poor fitting top with no support and large loose briefs.

The suit did not fit as described. Before ordering I looked at the company website which indicated it was based in Denver CO. However when I went to initiate a return, it turns out they're actually a Chinese distributor and I would have to return the suit to China at my own expense (basically, the same cost as the suit). They then offered a 20% refund for my troubles but I never received that. This company is a fraud.

Total scam - comes from China. I bought three diff colours so spent £90 - they said I have to return to China at my own expense but offered 20% refund to keep - Cheap - i bought the exact same costume for £7.99 from tik tok shop! I am in dispute with them via PayPal!
Nowhere on the website does it say you have to return to China! they say cos it comes from three diff warehouses. DO NOT BUY POOR QUALITY AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
