STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I can't stress it enough.

I placed an order with this company this summer, and at first, everything seemed professional and legitimate. Communication was smooth during the purchasing process, and I had no reason to doubt them.

However, after I paid and the order was supposedly being processed, all communication suddenly stopped. My products were never shipped, and despite repeated attempts via phone and email, I have received no response. It's been months and I've had no updates, no refund, and no explanation.

After digging deeper, I discovered many other reviews with similar stories, people who lost money and never received their products. This is not just poor customer service — this feels like a coordinated scam. As it appears they are using several different names. Nation Distributer, Empire Distributer & En Distribution.

I’ve lost thousands and am devastated. This is straight-up robbery. I believe everyone affected should consider banding together to pursue legal action or a class-action lawsuit. This company needs to be held accountable.

If I could go with negative stars I would. This company has not returned a refund to me after NUMEROUS emails and phone calls to do so, nor have they even bothered to return my emails or phone calls. The first and product I purchased from them was immediately flagged by Amazon and my seller account was suspended, and Empire has refused to provide the necessary paperwork Amazon has requested in order to have the account reinstated. The same day I watched my first order from them go from In-Transit to "Checked in" on my seller dashboard, I placed a wire for my second ever product from Empire. Only an hour or so after my first Empire product was checked-in, Amazon flagged the product and suspended my account. A day later, I requested a refund for my second order in writing and was told for a number of weeks to be patient and that the refund would be processed in 5-7 days. That was 45 days ago and they have not returned and email or voicemail from me in close to a month. They have absolutely misrepresented themselves as Amazon compliant and have literally stolen money from me and my family. Avoid this company at ALL costs!!

Stay away from this company. its a scam group from India/Pakistan. All their products are counterfeit. Mine was worse. I didnt receive any product. Lost $5500.

I wanted desperately to believe I had found an authorized distributor of Nupro dog joint supplements. I called Nupro directly to get a list of authorized distributors, and this company is NOT on their list. Cannot take a chance of being flagged by Amazon for counterfeit products, so it's a hard pass.

Solid supplier. I’ve worked with them a few times now, and each time the products arrived in good condition and on schedule.

This company sold me a product that was flagged as counterfeit by Amazon. They also rarely respond and if you have any questions they don't care to answer those.

Absolutely horrible experience. They stole my money and say they can't find it. They are not responsive and Everytime I call just keep saying give us a day or two. Do not work with them!!!

Empire Distributor offers excellent products and services, but occasional delays in restocking popular items can be challenging.
