Tim Jones has been handling my a personal injury claim for me, initially as a minor and since I have turned 18. He has been empathetic, supportive, extremely knowledgeable and proactive managing the claim which has made the process easy to navigate. I feel reassured that Tim has my best interest’s at heart and is an outstanding professional.

Enable Law helped me through the process for receive compensation regarding my fall. The solicitor involved named Emma Barnes was very helpfully and always replied in a very quick manner regarding queries that I may have had.

Medical negligence following sepsis.
Paul Sankey and Caroline Frean handled my case regarding medical negligence by my GP from December '20 to April '25. They provided a professional service and used their detailed knowledge and experience to bring the claim to an out of court settlement. They were able to handle the claim with sensitivity and provide a seamless handover due to maternity leave. Over the years, I felt that I was fully informed of progress and knew what to expect. They employed a number of excellent experts and a barrister to act on my behalf.
Although I would not recommend litigation, if it is necessary, I would recommend Enable Law.

After experiencing medical negligence, I was lucky enough to have Ceri-Ann Taylor working for me, and as a result of her hard work I received compensation that has helped me to move forward with my life.
