I’m sorry again that your order took longer than you expected to arrive. As mentioned via email, your package was dispatched on time, but unfortunately took longer than usual through Royal Mails network. The timelines we post on our website are marked as best estimates as sadly we are unable to guarantee delivery times for this reason.
To keep our delivery prices reasonable, our Economy shipping option is untracked, though we do offer Tracked upgrades at checkout for more time-sensitive orders.

Email that I sent to vendor was answered
Immediately and concern was shown about non-delivery.
Item was delivered eventually and I am very pleased with it.
