A great website to choose musicians/singer. The response from Musicians was quick. I was able to pre-view their talent and listen to their songs before I made my decision.

Terry and Christine were wonderful. Willing to adjust their performance timing to suit our slightly delayed timings. Played wonderfully and had people singing along. Great feedback from our guests and indeed the venue. Heartily recommend them! Thanks Terry and Christine.

I have been a musician on this platform for several years and have had dozens of bookings.
Encore provide a good website service to search for musicians, and provide a seamless payment service that protects customers, plus they have processes to check the abilities and performance of the musicians on their platform. It is probably the best run of the platforms that musicians can easily join. However, Encore have three significant concerns for customers you should know about:
1) They Charge a 25% mark-up on the artists fees, for running the website and payment system. This will add up significantly if you hire a large band/premium performer or people from far away.
2) They put a floor under the prices quoted by musicians, in order to maximise their own revenue.
3) They will try to get you to post a job even if you are just looking at who's available, which is a pain for everybody.
I am posting this review now, because the 25% mark-up now applies to all costs, including travel (previously travel was excluded).
If you see an artist you like on Encore, you will probably find them somewhere else, for less.

From a Musician/DJ perspective I'll have to say absolutely Flawless,now that might seem worthless because we have a business relation but its definitely the case,so if the Artists/Performers are all Hunky Dorey & Happy as Larry with the Organisation then there's an insight to how you can expect the Overall Event of your choice coming up Trumps! and there we have it...mines a Fruity Cider please & check out my Band "The Ibiza-Project" if you really want to Party😆..thanks trust pilot👍🏼

Straight forward from searching to booking.

By far the worst organisation Ive experienced. They don't like to respond to emails. I was having major issues before the booking, during the booking and after the booking and couldn't get answers. I think Once they receive their fee...they're not interested.

Awful. I do NOT recommend!

I left trying to book a piper for our wedding until the last minute and was struggling. That was until I came across Encore. It was so easy and they helped me find what I was looking for and gave me a list of choices. I found a piper and our day was complete. He turned up on time and started to play under the balcony of the room my bride to be was getting ready, which blew her away as this was a surprise from me.
Excellent and would absolutely recommend.

I booked a violinist to play at my mum’s funeral . He was absolutely superb. I have never booked anything like this online but found the whole experience with Encore Musicians to be professional and efficient. Communication was excellent and reliable and the talent and professionalism of the musician was exceptional. I would use them again in a heart beat.

Booked Chalk and Chill for my (big) 60th birthday bash. They were excellent, professional, on time and everyone had a great time! Thanks Sam and Sam for making my night!

Fantastic band and great service. We originally chose the ceilidh band closest to us. They were unavailable but we received responses from available bands.
The Riot Band were fantastic. Great communication before the event, they took on role of MC for cutting the birthday cakes and a brilliant fun evening of dancing. Highly recommend Encore and especially The Riot Band.
