Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs.
We selected this cleaner because they had lower prices compared to many similar services within London.
After the cleaning, we received a failing inspection from our landlord. We requested a follow up visit, after which the landlord said that none of the major issues were still addressed. This forced us to book a separate cleaner at our own expense to address the outstanding issues, otherwise we would not have received our full deposit.
Throughout the process the entire team was completely out of contact, including those within the office and the cleaners themselves. We were unable to reach anyone by phone, which made it impossible to schedule a time for the landlord to be present for inspection at the time.
A sample of the outstanding issues they noted were hallway cupboards dusty within, limescale throughout the bathroom, debris on the floors, dusty mirrors and windows, dirty carpets, freezer not defrosted with items left inside, grease on the hob and vent. The inspection report includes photos confirming all of these issues.
Please spend the extra £20 to get a decent cleaner and avoid the headache.

We are sorry to heat that. Please allow us explanation from our side. We have received your complained on the 7th of March and have offered a free follow up cleaning on the same day to rectify any outstanding issues.
You have agreed for us to go back to the property and have mentioned that someone from the agency will be on site and will check the work on completion. However, when we arrived there was nobody and we had to spend an hour going back and forth to the estate agency for keys. We also asked the agent if someone will be coming to inspect but they told us to lock the flat and return the keys.
Further, we have evidence that the flat was cleaned to a high standard and have sent you more than 30 photos to prove that. We also have a video evidence but the file was too large to be send.

Amazing customers service
Amazing customers service! I reached them through email and they replied so quickly. We arranged an end of tenancy cleaning for the next day. There was even a miscommunication on my part but Marie was very accommodating and patient with me. Thank you!
Many thanks to the cleaning staff Ani and Tanita as well, they were super nice and lovely and finished in 2 hours (it was a 2bedroom, 2bathroom flat).
One small thing, they forgot their drink in one of the bedrooms and it really wouldn’t have been a problem if it wasn’t left on an uncovered mattress (it stained a little). I understand it is an honest mistake and can happen to the best of us, but please be careful with that the next time since most of us are renting and our deposits can suffer as a result.
But yeah other than that, very happy with the service. Thanks again!

Used this company twice - very happy both times
We used this company twice - once to complete an end of tenancy clean for our previous rented flat, and also to deep clean the new flat we had just purchased. I had done some research and this company was very reasonably priced for both a one bed, carpeted flat and a two bed, laminate floor flat. The cleaner was punctual, polite and thorough. The process was clear and as advertised. Very happy with the service.

Costly and low-quality job
I called them for cleaning before moving to my new place. Note that the home was empty, with no furniture apart for basic kitchen stuff.
General superficial cleaning (floors) was ok but:
- they did not properly clean the oven (particularly the grid)
- rubbish was left under the kitchen furniture
- windows frames have not been cleaned (although I explicitly asked them).
The price was excessively high for this low-quality service
Reply to your comment: the service was provided on 6th of November, not 11th of June!

It's a waste of money
It's a waste of money. What you get is a wiping and not a deep clean. It's not at all a end of tenancy clean. They left anything that needs a tough clean and cleaned the one that goes in one go. if it needs bit more repetitive cleaning, then they would just skip it. The cleaning liquids they use are from Aldi and Lidl and they expect do an end of tenancy clean with those solutions. The customer service is poor and not polite. They don't take customer concerns into account. They told me they only accept cash and I'm still waiting for my receipt. I would pay bit more and get a proper company.
