Bad experience with them
Bad experience with them, link my card to order for their service and haven't receive anything from them till now and I was already charged with £375, I don't understand how they work, am I going to get my refund or what.

The cleaners arrived 3 hours late and I was not informed that I will be delayed, the flat was left in a poor condition, I just had a very bad experience with this service which can't all mentioned here.
Beware of them, not recommended.

We are sorry to read this feedback. However, despite our efforts to identify this booking, we have been unable to locate a customer or service matching the information provided in this review.
We take cleaning concerns seriously and have a clear re-clean guarantee in place specifically for situations where an area may have been missed. Where a genuine customer contacts us with photographs of an issue, we review the matter and, where covered by our guarantee, arrange for the team to return and rectify the cleaning at no additional cost.
We have requested further information through Trustpilot so that we can identify the booking and investigate what happened, but unfortunately no booking details or contact information have been provided to us.

Highly recommend
Vicky and Gokul from Suthans team worked tirelessly from at my new house to make it spotless! When they arrived, they initially said it would need a third person but they went above and beyond went to great lengths with all the hidden areas, staying until after 7.30pm to get everything done to the highest possible standard. I wasn’t impressed with the quality of the cleaning.
I had to re clean the areas that were cleaned by your operatives, the windows all have smears in them and had many sticky areas in the kitchen that remained after they had cleaned!
This was supposed to be a deep clean especially as I had just moved into the house and particularly the oven which was very dirty but when they finished, I had to clean it myself again.
Not impressed with the quality of the cleaning but the guys were friendly and respectful.
I think they could put more care and effort into the cleaning and perhaps use better quality cleaning products too.

Scammers, AVOID AT ALL COSTS
After a terrible booking process, I paid for a full end of tenancy clean with a balcony clean on top. Turned up 2 hours late, and left the place absolutely filthy - didn't even hoover or mop. The balcony was untouched. They also left the hob on! When I contacted them less than 24 hours later, they claimed that somebody must have come into the flat and made it messy again... ridiculous. I sent lots of photo evidence and they still refused to take any liability. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

We are sorry to hear that you remain dissatisfied with the service.
However, we feel it is important to clarify several inaccuracies in this review. Our records show that the team arrived approximately 40 minutes later than scheduled, not 2 hours. You were contacted and kept informed, as the team had initially been directed to the wrong address.
Upon arrival, the property had working lighting in only one room. We advised you at the time that achieving a full deep clean under such conditions would be extremely difficult, as adequate lighting is a basic requirement for any professional cleaning service. Despite this, you instructed us to proceed with the clean, which we did.
The team had to carry out much of the work using the torchlights on their mobile phones. Due to the poor lighting conditions, certain areas, including the balcony, could not be safely or effectively cleaned. You were informed of this on the day of the service.
We also reviewed the photographs taken immediately after the clean. These photographs do not show any appliances left switched on. As the property was photographed in very low-light conditions, it is difficult to verify claims regarding the property's condition after our departure.
When you first contacted us following the clean, the issues raised related to a small number of missed cupboards and some cobwebs. In accordance with our re-clean guarantee, we offered to return and rectify any areas that may have been missed. Unfortunately, this offer was declined, and instead a full refund was demanded.
As stated in our terms and conditions, the service is not refundable once completed. Where concerns are raised, we provide the opportunity to re-clean any missed areas, which we were willing and ready to do.
We always strive to deliver the highest standard of service possible, but it is not reasonable to expect a perfect deep clean when the property lacks sufficient lighting and the cleaning team is forced to work using mobile phone torches. We remain disappointed that our offer to return and resolve the concerns was not accepted.
