i recently purchased 2 endon bubble wall lights for a customer ,there fitted to lounge wall.both lights failed within 2 weeks .they sent out a replacement ,it failed within 30 minutes .reason why ?they have recently manufactured a new batch .the old batch had a 12 watt driver for 2 x 4 watt lamps the new batch now has a tiny driver rated at 6 watts for a total rating of 8 watts .needless to say it dosnt take long for the driver to over heat and light to start flickering.it also gets so hot a child could easily burn themselves by touching the metal frame .contacted endon and apparently they are unconcerned because they have never had this issue before.this is because they used to be supplied with a led driver that was rated correctly for lamps but there new batch [which was manufactured in march ] now comes with a 6 watt driver .it dosnt take a genius to work out that powering an 8 watt load with a 6 watt power supply[driver]causes heat build up .led drivers should be rated 20 percent more than there total load.still trying to fight it out with them .product is unsafe and should be recalled .do not buy anything from endon ,there lights might look nice but there control gear is dangerous.

Unreliable Products - No spares - no help or spare parts listing on their website.

Bought 4 expensive light fittings for 2 bathrooms being refurbished to a luxury standard.

2 x Light up mirror Cabinets & 2 x IP 65 Shower downlighter.

3 of the 4 items have now failed. All discontinued.

Their products are made to last the warranty length plus a few months. Total rubbish.

Customer service is excellent. Reply to emails immediately supplying part numbers for spare parts required.

I had no luck getting a replacement LED tube for a ceiling light at the usual DIY outlets so I emailed the manufacturers, Endonlighting.

Within minutes, Georgina in Endon's customer services reassured me that tubes were available as spares and she provided the part number for order via retail. The ladies at my local stockist, emalighting, stepped up and ordered me replacement tubes which arrived within a couple of days.

I ordered a fitting in October and am still waiting for it. The retailer is very embarrassed to be obliged to explain the latest excuses from Endon for non-delivery to me. This has happened at least four times to date.
To repeatedly break your promises is deplorable and amateurish, it is also dishonest.

I purchased an Endon Lighting tripod lamp from a reseller and, when the rocker switch failed just outside the 2 year warranty, I contacted Endon (who are incorporated into Poole Lighting) to purchase the spare part(s). I was advised that even though they are the manufacturer of these products, they don't supply the spare parts!

Their advice was that I should contact a local electrical repair shop to attempt the repair.

Needless to say I was disappointed that a lamp which cost close to £100 should fail after such a short time and to then be fobbed off by the manufacturer.

I shan't be buying another Endon Lighting product!

I recently purchased two table lamps from Endon lighting, but via amazon.co.uk and whilst the lamps are great quality and very stylish, one of the cream shades arrived with a mark on it and some black marks on it. The main problem is trying to get hold of someone at Endon is almost impossible. There is a constant ansaphone message trying to get customers to send an email and nobody was available after waiting for 6 minutes on the phone. Its rather a shame, because the quality of the product is excellent apart from the dirt and their very poor Customer Service.
