I had an EPC carried out on 24th of June. Daniel was very professional and pleasant. He did an extensive survey and I received the certificate in few days as he said. I would recommend Daniel for anyone wanting an EPC done on their property.

Excellent experience. Called on a Thursday for EPC, EICR, Gas safety certificate, boiler service arranged for all to be done on Friday afternoon. Polite, respectful tradesmen who took of their shoes. Took 3 days for the reports to be produced. Responsive on the telephone, reasonable & transparent prices, no attempts to upsell.

We had a brilliant service from Daniel Pina, Director @ Energy Performance Solutions Ltd. We needed a new EPC completed as soon as possible in order to put our house on the market. He came the next day and carried out the survey thoroughly. Daniel was incredibly polite, considerate and knowledgeable. He delivered on what he promised, providing the new EPC within a few days. He only asked for payment once the EPC was ready to send through and provided it immediately on payment.

Thoroughly professional service from first contact to receiving the report. Daniel was a pleasure to deal with and very efficient. The service is very competitively priced and I would suggest, as a seller, much better to go to this independent company rather than paying for an estate agency to organise, as it is easy and more cost-effective to do yourself.

Daniel was quick to respond and arrange visits to carry out two EPCs. He was very pleasant to deal with and both visits went very smoothly and on time. The certs were available in a couple of days. So all in all very good.

EPC rating 21st November 2025. Daniel came on time, checked everything and explained what would happen next. ... I received my certificate when he said I would very efficient. I would recommend
