Energy Save Experts Reviews

Rebecca Milhouse has been my "go to" concerning all energy dealings for a number of years; I actually "followed" Rebecca from her previous employer, simply because I trust the lady; a vital component in the very competitive world of energy supply. Rebecca is knowledegable, precise and totally honest throughout all dealings. I am secretary/treasurer for a busy club, on a part-time basis, therefore I need to have confidence in those that I deal with.
I am completely happy to say that with regards to Rebecca.

Having been dealing with Energy Save Experts now for quite some time, I have to express my thanks for a very unique business relationship. Their attention to detail and communication is second to none and it truly is a very pleasurable experience - a rarity these days!!
In particular my thanks go to Rebecca Millhouse for her professionalism and her caring, efficient manner.
A huge thank you!!

Steve has been very helpful over several years now. We are contacted several times each week by energy suppliers offering a 'great deal', but we have found that Energy Saving Experts deliver that and it also saves us a huge amount of time looking at all the available offers at the right time to get the great deal too. We have saved £1,000s by using Energy Saving Experts.

Chloe has dealt with several of our energy renewals now and has always provided an excellent service. Always deals with matters efficiently and provides competitive tariffs, making the process very easy for us.

We have dealt with Rebecca @ Energy Save Experts for many years now and will continue to do so.

Always explains the current pricing/rates and what's best for the business.

Most importantly, Rebecca's support doesn't stop once we've signed the contract; always available to help sort out any queries with our supplier. Excellent service from start to finish!"

Thank you so much.

James helped us to find the best options for electricity for both meters.
Everything was set up timely and all the questions and requests were promptly answered.

Highly appreciate your help and support and being there for us through the years.

We are a community rugby club and money is always tight for us, James has been more than helpful in reducing our gas and electricity tariffs and also pointing out that our availability charge was much higher than it should have been (80kva when we have never gone above 25kva) and he contacted our DNO for us and got it reduced. Response time to queries is almost immediate. Absolutely superb service!

James whose service is excellent - efficient and reliable.

I have worked many different consultancies in the past but Energy Save Experts are one of the best. Marc is very knowledgeable and give the best advice. High recommend!

Steve at Energy Save Experts has dealt with my utilities for over 10 years now and he always gets me the best deals and is never pushy .

This allows me to concentrate on running my business
I have referred Energy Save Experts to a number of my friends and they have also been very happy with the prices and the prompt and courteous service provided.

We use Energy Save Experts for all of our utility contracts, new contracts, renewals and new installations, Rebecca and the team are very proficient in getting us the best deals and taking the stress out of managing a large residential and commercial portfolio. I highly recommend using Energy Save Experts, give them a go, total peace of mind

Having had poor service/experience with other brokers in the past, we've had excellent service to date from Steve and his colleagues

The ongoing communication has been outstanding from Chloe . She goes above and beyond supplying quotes, helping to address our queries whenever we have them. She is great to talk to and very approachable. If you are looking for someone to help with your utilities I highly recommend Energy Save Experts, as the service provided is a cut above the rest.

Chloe has been first rate at getting us the best prices for gas and electricity. This is greatly appreciated, but it has been remarkable how helpful and efficient she has been when we have had difficulties with suppliers. She has proved herself to be a great person to deal with when it comes to the unexpected as well as the routine...truly exceptional in an age where it is so difficult to get real customer service.

We had issues with an energy company, who would not listen to reason after a major fire and continued to send estimated bills. Chloe gave us a lot of support and helped resolve the issue.

Rebecca is always prompt and helpful with any enquiries I may have, excellent service, would highly recommend.

I've used several utility brokers over the years, and I can honestly say Steve stands out from the rest.
He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and never pushy. Rather than simply trying to make a sale, he takes the time to understand your requirements and provides honest, well-informed advice. After six years of working together, he continues to provide outstanding service and competitive deals year after year.

I've compared the deals he's found against those offered by other brokers on numerous occasions, and he consistently comes back with the best options available. It's clear that he puts a significant amount of work into securing competitive rates and finding the right solution for his clients.

He is also completely transparent about the commission charges and they are clearly explained and are very reasonable compared to many other brokers in the market.

If you're looking for a utility broker who is trustworthy, hardworking, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on getting the best outcome for their customers, I would highly recommend Steve at Energy Save Experts.

This company has sorted our business electricity needs for quite a few years now. There is no hard sell (which would stop us from using them), simple advice and good prices. Speedy and efficient.

I received exceptional service from Steve from start to finish. He really knew what he was talking about, was incredibly knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He went above and beyond to get bespoke prices tailored for me and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Nothing was too much trouble, and his level of customer service was outstanding. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Steve to anyone looking for professional, reliable, and genuinely helpful service.
