Bought smart radiator that does not work with voice assistant as advertised. Customer support is doing nothing to solve issue

Tried to call customer service as police gave me a video doorbell. On hold with a load of ads for their products.
Will probably disconnect doorbell as its driving me nuts

The stuff I got was ok , my main grip was the web page say spend another £ x and get free shipping ,I spent another 60 but no free shipping appears at checkout , I would be a bit weary of any company that uses dirty tactics

They have the best kinetic switches, wide range of design options you can choose fromm.

My smart toilet bidet works fine other than for a broken hinge which another customer demonstrated on their video on youtube .

In hindsight, I will advise anyone not purchase a new smart toilet from any manufacture / supplier without a guarantee they can provide replacement parts or servicing should the machine fail.

The lack of after sales support for my model is stunningly inadequate given their initial expense and the cost of installing it by a professional.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, because if the goods are faulty the customer service and response times are woeful and the tech support is amateurish at best.

First Bidet had problem within 6 months, had it replaced by the supplier only to completely break down again. Now have to have a new toilet installed as have two kids. No call back from tech support. Stay away from this company just shocking support 😡😡

i purchased a WI FI Smart Home Security Kit, it came nicely packaged although outer box had been opened and retaped together, not a great start, The product looks well made for the price and on the box it says "Easy and Quick Installation" This I found far from easy and quick. First of all the QR code on the installation keaflet was not working, so I downloaded an app from the app store, Trying to install and pair the camera just did not work, eventyally I managed to speak to someone in support who wanted me to watch a video, but trying to watch on my phone screen and switch to the app back and forth was not practical. Also the video was of poor quality and voice was very quiet, the video shows someone scrolling through various stages on a mobile phone but you cannot see the mobile phone scrteen properly. I was told earkier that the app I had downloaded was for a different camera and was given a link to the correct app YOOSEE.
Eventually I paired the camera by direct connection to my router, as all the other suggestions did not work, I have now got everything working but finding the options required on the app is not easy, and the fonts on the app are very very faint and difficult to read. I have set the alarm sensors on the time schedule and I hope its correct because the time zone is UTC+1. I worry that the alarm might be triggered outside of ht hours I have selected because of the UTC, then I hav the problem of scrolling through the app to silence it. My next issue is to add other users.
I suggest that this app is far from simple and not very user friendly. So overall I would not recommend this system unless you are very tech savvy.
