Scam. Took my money and never sent any product

I purchased a pop-up valentine's day card in early January. When it didn't arrive on time I requested a refund. I was told they can't issue a refund while the product is in transit. Its now April 9th and still haven't received it. They now said it was delivered a week ago and gave me a USPS tracking number but the tracking number they gave me is not from USPS. Scam artist.

Can I leave a 0 star review?? Seriously. I played an order weeks ago and still have not received an update on the actual status of my order. I have sent a few emails as my confirmation said I should hear back in a week. The responses I have received are saying I should wait longer... like WTF.

Haven't received items yet from last month. You take our money and don't give us our order. Bad business. I believe you have a scam policy. I ordered in February 2026 Just want what i paid for. Thank you very much. My email is please respond.

I ordered two plants from this company “enjoyastore” for $31.98 and paired with my Amex card. I printed out a copy of the receipt and it showed that order and the correct amount. A couple of minutes later I checked my email and there were two listings. One email was as I described above. The second email was from Pay Pal saying I had purchased the two plants from “Meridian Sparks Labs Co. Ltd” but they said my charge was for $10 more or $41.57. I never made the purchase using Pay PAL. I called Amex and the only charge they had was for $41.57 and Amex was going to pay the vendor but I could refute the charges another day. I then called Pay Pal and they told me that the merchant had contacted them and wanted to use Pay Pal to ensure payment. Neither would cancel the charges. Then I looked up the two companies names on Google and realized they were scamming people.

Never got product unable to contact or get a legit response.

Avoid Avoid Avoid. I ordered over $50 dollars of products, they shipped the totally wrong stuff. and now want me to send it back to them at my cost. So not only will they not refund, they want me to may more. I am blown away

Don’t buy anything from them. Chinese company that scams you with false advertising. They offer $3 refund for a $50 order after sending me products that has nothing to do w their advertising and I wanted my money back. SCAM ALERT. I wish i has read trustpilot before ordering.

Absolute ripoff not what i ordered. Sensor lights nothing like featured. Won't try for a refund as can't be bothered with the bullshit I'd probably have to go through. SCAM DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

You pay for the item that never arrives . If you made the payment contact the bank asap do waist your time as they will not give a refund .

Product smaller, cheaper and overpriced.

Product never showed after over a month. Despite their ad stating "made in California" the product was shipped from China... maybe... I wouldn't know because it's been over a month and all they tell me is "it's coming". Coming from where? China. So the shipping and the origin information is a straight up lie. This shouldn't be allowed.

I have tried to place my order via credit card. My card was denied and they asked for another card! I called my Discover and they showed no attempt on a purchase and said to contact this merchant, and that there are a lot of scams like this now. One card is denied, then you try another and another and now they have lots of information!
I was disappointed because I loved the product they were selling!

This company is “THE WORST COMPANY “ I have ever used and will never use them again.

The glass cracked, for no apparent reason, just like that. At first, it was just a small crack, But it gradually grew and split the glass in two.

Stay away from this company! Two months ago I placed a small order with this company. After two months, I figured I would check on status. Payment was taken at the time of order. After sending an email, the only option to reach support, I got a return email saying that they had trouble with the address and the order was canceled! I proceeded to request the refund, and only then did they issue a refund. It's unbelievable that I actually had to ask. Horrible

They charge you for the service same second you purchase anything and your journey starts with the shipping saga,month later still waiting for shipment to arrive,don’t buy anything from them

I ordered and paid for three bags which have never been delivered!! Do not use this website! It is a scam!!

Ripped off, product advertised is nothing like what was supplied. And after sending photos as proof of the rip off, they offer USD 3 compensation.
Not good enough, supply the product you advertise would be a good start.
Total scam, save your money, time, and disappointment,just don't buy from these scammers.

Within 3 minutes of receiving an order confirmation, I requested a cancellation. The price of the bag changed each time I went into "my cart." I was told the order was "in process" and could not be cancelled. Timeline: It took 11 days for the bag to arrive from the date of order date confirmation!
Many emails of back and forth "please provide {this proof} and I'm getting no where with a full refund for this pleather, yes I spelled that correctly, bag!
Alert from credit card company of an internation transaction. Bag was shipped from Chicago, IL USA!
