I worked with Grace on the Enjoy Time app to take care of some business. She was very professional, knowledgeable of how to meet my needs, and patient as I worked theough the steps. She made working theough this very easy and less frustrating than I thought it woukd be. Her response time was quick within 90 seconds of my asking a question or checking for verification. Because of their customer service, I will use them again.

I contacted customer support via chat to troubleshoot issues with my service. Naya was very persistent and committed to helping resolve my problem. Although I had tried many of the things suggested, there were still options to explore. Naya was able to help me get my services working again after over 1.5 hours of troubleshooting with me. Although this was not ideal, she was professional and kind throughout the conversation.

I’ve been an Apollo user for about 3 yrs. Maybe more. I’ve been very happy with Apollo despite it having a few technical problems from time to time. I would recommend using a VPN when using the app. As I understand it Enjoy Time will be taking over from Apollo. I’ve made the change already and have noticed some substantial changes. If I have any problems I open up a chat and the customer service has been great.

I encountered several agents that response time were terrible, did not look at previous chat conversations to gain knowledge of issues.Agents did not ask relevant questions at beginning of chats. Encountered a terrible agent, Joseph , after waiting for several minuets/ 15 for a response, he who had the nerve to end
chat , while I started to seek help from Apollo. Finally got a great agent, Lucas when I resumed my chat with Enjoy Time, very prompt responses and excellent problem solving , if it wasn’t for Lucas would’ve gotten 1 star

I have spent more than 6 hours over 3 or so days dealing with representatives from this company. First, I was told the admin fee was $5, then 8, then $15. Initially, I had problems using TopperPay with a debit and credit card, although I used TopperPay last year. I was told to try another time. So I decided to use Cash App. The instructions were entirely too much, and then having to wait 24 hours to be verified. After being verified, I then had to wait another 24 hours to get the service. However, my service was turned off 1 day prematurely and when I spoke with Grace, she said that I was in a different time zone, which caused the error. I also requested a refund from Steve when the process was done, as I had overpaid. He admitted that that I should have paid $144.00 (10% discount on $159.99), but I paid $163. He told me that he was giving me 5 additional days, but I needed to go to this site to make a review. Well, it isn't a nice review and I don't plan on using this service in the future, as it has been a very, very stressful process. You should continue paying by credit card, as I don't know too many people who like this bitcoin method of payment, as you stated was the interest of most. That is far from the truth.

I initially did not realize my app had changed to enjoy time and since making the switch, I have had nothing but issues of buffering or errors of connection timeout! This has lasted for 6 days now and I am not happy!

We have been enjoying Apollo TV for 3 years. I just started a second account as a gift for my kids. The tech support is very responsive and helpful with creating new subscription and walking you through the bitcoin process and answers all your questions. Highly recommend! Great service
