I bought a car 2 months ago all was ok as I thought but I could’ve died with the shape on the tyres I’ve done 1,300 miles since bought (although Enkae states I done 2,000) I felt shaking so took my car to kwikfit and they stated they were the worst tyres they’ve ever seen, if I could post photos I would please be vigilant check everything over before you sign anything I made a big mistake. I’ve also had a fine from the dvla for tax as they have yet to put my car I part exchanged on trade so it’s still registered in my name.

I purchased a VW Transporter T32 from Enkae in 2023. When I drove the van home the suspension was creaking and knocking. It wasn’t covered under VW warranty as it was a modification to the vehicle. When I approached Enkae about the issue, Cam (I was told he was a manager and later that same day found out he was director of the company) told me to take the van to an air suspension specialist in Leeds, which I did. Then Cam refused to pay the bill for the repair.

I repaired other issues I.e. the speaker falling out of the dashboard, resprayed front bumper after Enkae sprayed over PPF film and made a shoddy mess of it. Had calipers resprayed due to again, bad workmanship from Enkae on this.
I then made a complaint to the finance company about the state of the vehicle and they carried out an investigation and found Enkae to be in breach of contract and paid me the claim for undertaken repairs.

Untrustworthy and unreliable company. Stay clear of them.

Enkae motors- never have I been in a situation whereby having not made an actual purchase, I have wanted to leave a glowing review of my treatment throughout my whole experience at Enkae motors Huddersfield. From the moment we walked through the door to meet Irfan & his team we were treated extremely well & made very welcome. Having had a few phone conversations prior to a long journey up north from Cornwall, Irfan kept me updated on the progress of the cars I was interested in as I changed my mind on models prior to arriving. After our arrival it was extremely clear to see the level of cars that the team at Enkae are preparing to the highest of standards for the customers. Whether it’s £20K or £120K you are looking to spend, there are a plethora of options to suit all enthusiasts in the market for something very special. After a wonderful experience throughout & after considerable negotiation with Irfan to ensure I was confident of the very best deal I could hope for.I was literally blown away at the lengths he went to in ensuring I was as happy as I could be with what deal was on the table. Unfortunately & in no way due to anything other than viewing a second car elsewhere, that literally jst ticked a couple more boxes on the vehicle I had my heart set on. Bought a car a few weeks ago for a huge amount of money. On inspection when returning home the body kit on the car has been poorly stuck on with tape or glue and had already started peeling off. Within a month of buying the engine light was on and the car broke down. The warranty barely covered any of it and we had to pay out almost £800 in repairs for things that would have been present well before we bought it. Within days of that happening the air bag warning lights came on, the heating system completely died, the windscreen wipers stopped working entirely and the dashboard went black. Enkae have responded but haven’t really offered any help or solutions and can’t explain why the car is in such a bad state and keep saying it’s just one of those things and bad luck. God knows what the car has been through to have so many issues but we now don’t trust it at all or that Enkae are reputable and check or look after cars. They just package them up to look good and there’s no support or come back as soon as they have your money. We are making enquiries with solicitors and trading standards to find out our rights. I personally wouldn’t buy from them again and we are really disappointed.

Assim was very flexible with his time when I travelled to view the car and late due to bad traffic.
Good knowledge of the car, made process very straight forward and accommodating for me with pick up times.
Would recommend to others and buy from here again even with such long journey

Recently purchased & bmw x5 m50d from Enkae prestige & honestly I couldn’t recommend the team at Enkae’s enough they were brilliant from start to end also was very welcomed on day of pick up the team made me feel very comfortable when sorting all the paper work & handover. The car was in Prestine condition as promised didn’t have 1 fault from exterior to interior the process was smooth only took a few days & a few phone calls to seal the deal. customer service was on point. Highly recommended if your looking for a car no matter what range. this is the place to come too you would not regret it I promise, once again thank you team Enkae & I will sure be back again for some more business in the near future.

My partner and I bought a 320d xdrive bmw in May 2023, we bought the car online before seeing it, that was our mistake. When we arrived to pick the car up the boot spoiler came of and had to be refitted . The car was sold with original bmw wheels and RFT tyres. When travelling back home we noticed a few faults with the car and a knocking noise and it looks like it been in an unrecorded accident, due to the poor paint repair. I Tried to deal with the dealer , but they didn’t want to help in any way, the wheels were fakes and caused damage to the car , the electric seat had a fault , and various other issues . In the end the finance company paid for all the repairs. Make sure you see the car before you buy anything from these guys, don’t be fooled by the posh cars. Once they get your money, they don’t care. I think some one needs to remind them of the CRA 2015. And if this gets dispute by them I can provide proof
