Arrived on time, good route, friendly driver. All good.

The taxis never turned up

Despite having booked well in advance and paid at the time of booking, the pick up taxis were a no show. Despite Enroute phoning us to confirm details before the pick up and numerous calls asking where the taxis were and being assured they were on the way, 25 minutes after pick uptime Enroute cancelled the booking! The only saving grace was we did get our money refunded, but had to make alternative arrangements to get there. We arrived very late. A great start to my wife's 70th Birthday celebrations

For our return the taxis did turn up, but they had been booked by Enroute via Uber according to the driver. Could have saved ourselves money too by using Uber direct.

Great service on a long distance journey. Kept the informed all along even with a short delay for pick up.

Driver 944 arrived within 10 seconds which was extremely impressive. Was able to arrive home quick after a long shift. Really great job.

On time took 10mins Driver good company

I booked and paid for 2 vehicles for 11 people. They sent one six seater vehicle and a four seater vehicle. One person had to walk. Not happy

Driver 647 arrived and took me a long distance from Northampton to Surrey. Courteous and very amenable. A lovely journey

Driver 616 arrived on time in this cold weather. And we had a nice chat along the way to my workplace and he was very professional and very kind. Thank you for the great service.

Dropped off safely but was late (said he was only 15 minutes away but took half an hour to arrive despite pre booking and telling him to come for 1:00-1:15 am he came around 1:20, so I was waiting for 20 minutes).

Complained about the “low” prebooked fare (why is this my problem?) and kept saying to accept additional premium set down price of £6 (which I did not accept and met him at the drop off car park).

Complained about the U.K. becoming a “sh*thole” just what you want to hear after returning because of speed limits - there is no need to swear, this is unprofessional and annoying.

Did not help with luggage, did not help with opening door at the end despite asking three times how to open the door!

Was on his phone constantly at the end while driving.

Very poor and unprofessional experience despite prebooking and not what you expect after a tiring and 2h delayed flight back to the UK. Next time I will use uber.
