I encountered significant issues with Enterprise in Bracknell during my recent rental experience. I was made to wait an hour for my car, and when it was finally provided, I received a smaller, unclean van instead of the vehicle I had booked. Additionally, I was supposed to receive a £39 adjustment for the price difference, but after a month and several follow-up calls, I have yet to receive this refund. I found the staff to be unhelpful and unprofessional throughout the process, and the overall atmosphere of the location felt dozzy.

To day I returned my van thinking everything was okay going to get my deposit back but wow, what I mistaken the young lad went out to check and found a very small screw into the tire. Very tiny the tire never even went down now they are trying to get £2500 out of me.?

I recently rented from this terrible company. I picked up the car at Cardiff Airport and dropped it off at Heathrow. After returning home, I received an invoice for £288 for minor damage to the wheel hub (not the alloy wheel). I had already pointed out that damage when I collected the car in Cardiff. The staff member, who seemed rushed and distracted, told me not to worry and said she had noted it down.

Because of their poor communication, I was still charged the full amount, even though I had purchased insurance with Enterprise. The whole experience was frustrating and disappointing. I’ll never rent from this company again. It’s worth paying a bit more to go with one of the larger, more reliable rental companies.

Je n’ai qu’un mot à dire ! Des voleurs et des escocs ! Pour 2 péages en flux libre avec mon badge télé péage non décelé lors de mon passage ils m’ont facturé 2 fois 24.99€ de frais administratifs. Le prix du passage au péage étant de 1.50€ ! Ils ne m’ont à aucun moment prévenu et informe de quoi il s’agissait ! Ils m’ont prélevés une 3 e fois 24.99€ sans que je sache de quoi il s’agisse. Ils prélèvent sur les cartes sans notifier ! De réels escrocs ! Et vous pouvez vous égosier en agence ou par téléphone personne n’a d’information. Une machine à escoquerie bien huilée ! Une plainte sera déposée !

Attention à la réservation d'utilitaires à Lyon Part-Dieu : les véhicules sont à prendre au 7ème étage d'un parking avec une descente en spirale étroite. Inutile de préciser que l'entreprise de location mise gros sur les rayures auxquelles la descente vous expose et vous délestera ainsi (sans le sourire) de plusieurs centaines d'Euros.

The Bolingbrook IL location is staffed with jerks and thieves. Most car insurance will cover your rental, but they say nasty things, oh youll have problems, to buy their scam. A car was returned with money left inside, after drop off the manager was called right away, they had already stolen the money.

Declined to hire the car even though booking had been confirmed online citing a CREDIT CARD was required for the vehicle leaving a family including an 8 year old child stuck hundreds of miles from home even the company had been used by myself on numerous occassions previously without the need for a credit card.
Shambolic and absolute no consideration to circumstances. No compassion with no way of complaining just felt fobbed off with staff behind the counter finding it all a big joke.

Location d'une voiture, avec le 3/4 d'un plein, du 30/06 au 01/07/2025.
Je rends le véhicule avec le 3/4 de plein comme prévu et le 30/07 on me débite 49,04€ de frais d'essence ??
Et depuis plusieurs relances au service client qui n'arrive pas à avoir de retour de l'agence, c'est à moi d'appeler l'agence !!!
Bien évidement sa responsable n'est jamais disponible. Et aujourd'hui le 18/09 soit 1,5 mois toujours rien ... Et leur service client m'annonce que le remboursement normalement devrait être fait à l'agence !!! Il se foutent du monde A FUIR

Je suis tombé en panne en vacances l agence de dax m as prêté une voiture pour rentrer chez moi, la pas de souci.Pour retourner chercher ma voiture nous avons eu une voiture de location pris à St Étienne, et la la galère commence. A peine sorti du parking la voiture affiche un défaut pression pneu,arrivée chez moi il y avait une vis dans le pneu,j ai due faire réparer à mes frais,vu que je partai le lendemain. Mon garagiste a due refaire la pression des 4 pneus car trop basse.A Dax quand on a rendu la voiture il ne voulait rien savoir pour me rembourser l intervention.Il a fallut se battre au téléphone pour qu il annulé une facture de119 euros qui était pris par mon assistance.aucun mail quand la voiture est rendu ni quand un dossier est traité. Pour des pros c est de l amateurisme complet

I booked online for a price of £179.94 for 3 days rental. When we collected the car I added a second driver, this can't be done online. I was told that would be £15. No mention of per day, just £15.
We then went through questions about extras whilst we we checking the car, the operative had a tablet and rattled off stuff that we said no to. I believe that she checked agreed rather than no thanks because we received a second bill for £160.78.
These questions she asked were a distraction, we just wanted to get the car and go. I think this is deliberate because, asked in the office we would have certainly clarified but in the car park we were off guard.

Sharp practice!

An extra £45 for the second driver would have been acceptable but a further £115?? what for. Apparantly we took all sorts of things that are only explained by initials on the invoice.

I spoke with York who firstly said they would refund me and 2 weeks later when no refund had appeared said I wasn't due a refund.

I spoke to customer services who said they would speak to York but since I had already done so what was the point in that.

This company is to be avoided at all costs, even the Uber driver we had to take us for the pick up had a tale of woe about them taking money from him without reason.

Sadly there are no alternatives in York.

Rented off tryon street in charlotte. Car wasn't clean and smelled funny like baby milk or baby stuff. People before us obviously had kids. We had to wipe entire vehicle down before using to get rid of the stink.

In addition, they charged me $11 for a $1.25 fee THAT I PAID THROUGH EZPASS. I contacted them and they told me I had to send a bunch of documentation. Fck off. I'm not doing that.

they should have reimbursed me. we've rented through them at least 5 times. We won't be using them again since they prioritize PROFIT>CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The fact that they charged me WITHOUT even VALIDATING that it was correct grinds my gears.

Je déposerai.plainte sous 10 jours qu je n ai toujours pas de nouvelle.
Je le suis faite arnaquée de 279.00 euros.

another thing I am grateful for is how quick my deposit was returned back in my account this morning .

I booked a rental with Enterprise Lichfield UK, well in advance, only to receive a call just *three hours* before pickup informing me that the car was no longer available. No alternative, no real solution—just a last-minute cancellation. We had already spent £800 on tickets for tourist sites we planned to visit, and this ruined our entire itinerary.

This was not just inconvenient—it was unacceptable. The lack of accountability and customer care was astonishing. If you're planning something important, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Worst rental experience I've ever had.
I do **not** recommend Enterprise Lichfield .

I rented this company's car in Istanbul airport Turkey this Easter holiday, it never gave me back my deposit which is 900 Euro with no reasons, I have contacted with every possible organizations and this company in the last 3 months, but still have not received my deposit. Completely rubbish company, try to avoid use this car rental company at all!!!!
