If I could give 0 stars I would - Avoid at all costs! Please do go through what I went through!

Envires Baby presents itself as a UK-based business, but fails to clearly disclose that items are shipped from overseas or that returns may involve international handling. This lack of transparency is misleading.

The item I received was not as described, and the process to resolve it was extremely difficult and stressful. I was refused a full refund unless I returned the item overseas, and when I requested return details, I received no response.

I ultimately had to raise a dispute through my bank to recover my money. While this was successful, the company stopped responding entirely, and the level of customer service was unacceptable.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others not to purchase from this company.

Disgusting company. Ordered a Paw Patrol tower which took weeks to arrive and when it did it was clearly fake! After many emails back and forth they agreed to refund me which they are saying they have done but the money hasn't landed in my account. I am still fighting with them now about it

My issue has been ongoing since Christmas and CS always tell me they sold me the product advertised- they didn’t. I sent them videos and photos proving it is different and awful quality and told them if they don’t refund I’ll contact Trading Standars and now radio silence. Stop asking me to contact your CS on here as every time I do you do nothing!!!!!!

I have not received my order emailed twice with no reply from the company. Today I received an email saying hope your enjoying your order and please leave a review.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. False advertising and do not honour consumer law. Product arrived broken and refused to refund. As others have said here, trading standards now exposed. Other customers not received products/refunds/ replies back. PLEASE DO NOT USE.

Don’t go anywhere near this website. It’s not genuine. I ordered a paw patrol tower for my son for Christmas. It’s took over 3 weeks to arrive and when it did it was a counterfeit product in Chinese - not paw patrol. Really cheap and nasty. I requested a return and the company told me it had been over 30 days since delivery and so couldn’t return. I corrected them and sent them proof from Royal Mail of when it was delivered. They responded saying actually it needs to be 30 days since order (it took 25 days to be delivered). Their website clearly says 30 days from delivery. They’ve now gone silent. In addition, the website says they are based in Manchester but the production was delivered from China and the email server is in Russia. Total scam website selling fake products

Do not use this company they are scammers. Ordered a 3D pen for my niece for Christmas, it doesn’t work and the company are not providing a refund. It’s clear the item is junk as the instructions are written in very poor English. I’m reporting them to trading standards, don’t make the same mistake I did

Zero stars from me! We ordered a product and what arrived was completely different. All I can describe it as was a ‘fake product’ which was also shipped from China not dispatched from the UK like their website suggests. Very disappointing service. Trying hard to return the item for a refund but they are not making it easy. This website is a fraud webshop. Needs reporting to trading standards. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!

ZERO STARS. Do not use this website. I received communication with spelling mistakes in the company name (envireees customer service) and a dubious gmail account. My name was written in Russian and despite promises of tracking number for delivery in a messge from an Artem Milja (not a genuine customer service site), nothing has been provided. I have beard nothing since reporting to credit card company.

Wish I could give zero stars. We bought the Paw Patrol tower for our three year old’s Christmas and despite it clearly being advertised with the official Paw Patrol pictures, the product we received was fake and called “Dog Breakdown Service”. DO NOT TRUST this site !

Ordered a breastfeeding pillow. After a week I received an email saying I was being refunded. No explanation. I have since received daily emails referring to the cancellation and refund. I can't get them to stop.

Top-notch customer service. I asked a question about the pillow size and received a very helpful response within hours. The item also arrived beautifully packaged. I will definitely buy from this shop again.

Received my order today and couldn’t be happier. The toy was exactly as described, and the baby cushion is absolutely adorable and comfortable. Great value for money and a smooth checkout process. Five stars!

Fantastic toy store. I found everything I needed for my daughter’s birthday, and even spotted a matching pillow for her nursery. Excellent quality and friendly service. Highly recommend!

Absolutely thrilled with my purchase! The baby pillows are so soft and cosy.our little one drifted off to sleep straight away. The delivery was super fast, and the packaging was lovely. I will definitely shop here again!
