Customer service from the team was excellent when required at the fornt end of access to the device. They responded immediately and replaced the item without questions. Well done Envirobug. Further, the deviscde has worked immediately, sending all pests away from the problem areas.

So far so good, no where near as many wallaby’s on our front lawn . Very pleased we purchased these. Definitely recommend this product.

I purchased several EnviroBug products and found them exceptionally effective. I bought the snake repellers for a friend who regularly had snakes on her property due to the overgrown neighbouring yards. She became afraid to go outside and worried about finding one indoors. The repellers genuinely changed her life. I had pests in my roof cavity and tried traps, baits and even a possum cage. Nothing worked and the noises sometimes kept us awake. After installing an ultrasonic pest repeller all signs and sounds of pests disappeared. I'm grateful to EnviroBug for providing safe, effective and easy to install products that solved our problems.

Excellent customer service . My first plug in pest controller was not charging. Contacted Envirobug & without hesitation, they sent me out a brand new unit without requiring me to send faulty unit back. Very impressed!!

I ordered 2 humane rodent traps over a month ago and couldn’t understand why they hadn’t been delivered. I contacted Envirobug and left a voice message (their voicemail greeting is very underwhelming, needs changing), anyway it turned out the postal notifications had been going to my partners spam. Her address wasn’t even on the Auspost’s app so that was weird. When I logged into the AP app it said it was being returned to sender. I left a second message and Alex called me back promptly arranged for an immediate refund and said to just reorder the items.
L did this immediately and as soon as I pressed pay I realised I had selected the incorrect size, I emailed Alex regarding the error and within 10 minutes she replied that she had amended the order for me. She was very pleasant, very helpful sorting out the problems and very polite on the phone

The garden watchman works very well. I like that you can turn them off with the twist of the button! My produce now has the opportunity to grow. The instruction booklet should be printed in a larger font as it can hardly be read.
The reason for the 4 stars is the packaging. For a business claiming to be environmentally conscious the packaging needs to change. Please stop using plastic and use smaller boxes to deliver the products.

I have had rats in my ceiling for months Ihave tried traps with no results then bait stations that worked for a short while that stunk the house for weeks then they stopped working I put EnviroBug in the ceiling and there has been no movement since . Very happy with outcome.

Excellent products. We bought some snake repellers for our small farm in the rainforest. Pre-loads of sightings and skins etc around. Post-not one sighting or skin. Amazing and eco friendly! V happy.

Very happy with the products have bought from this company.
Always super fast delivery easy to use website and there products seem to be well made.
This particular order was for replacement bulbs for our 2 out door mozzie traps. We are very happy with these traps and find they work well for our back patio and they also catch the months so we no longer get months laying eggs all over the patio ceiling.

The delivery was quick and I can't wait for snake season to see how the snake repellers work. I will worry less about my inquisative dog with these in the garden.

DON'T DO IT . Solar Snake Repellers did not operate as advertised. Returned for new Solar Heads which changed nothing. Demanded a full refund which was refused. Rubbish product, rubbish service — avoid at all costs.
The snake repellents I purchased were completely ineffective. When I raised the issue, I had to pay out of pocket to return a defective product under warranty. They refused to provide a refund and expected me to pay the postage to have the units posted back as they deemed them to be working . They did not operate as advertised, they did not vibrate as advertised . .Absolutely unacceptable.
This company clearly cannot be trusted to honour your statutory consumer rights. Save your money and shop elsewhere — this company is not worth the risk.

False advertising “100 satisfaction or your money back within 30 days” actually means if you don’t use or open the products you can return them for a refund…. Ah thanks.

Crap over priced indoor mosquito killer that is so loud and such a brutal ultra violent light I couldnt fathom having it on in a bedroom at night - only works at night -and will catch maybe 30% of mozis.

I purchased 4 solar snake repellents from Envirobug in late March 2025. They worked fine for 4-5weeks before being stored with the batteries removed for winter.
In September 2025, I replaced them in my yard for the snake season, even buying new batteries after misplacing my original ones (my fault).
At best, one repellent would work satisfactorily for a while, but the other 3 would only provide a weak vibration or flash the led light only. Within a short time, I had issues with all repellents not working effectively.
By November 2025, after contacting Envirobug re: the issues and wanting to make a warranty claim, I was sent a troubleshooting guide to follow. After following this, including swapping batteries between units and charging the solar panel for upwards of 72hrs the issues were still not resolved.
Again, they were contacted re: a warranty claim, including supporting photos, and an extensive description of the lack of efficacy of the 4 repellents.
Envirobug then asked me to send my faulty repellents for them to inspect- which at this stage had been in the ground for less than 5 months (only working effectively for 5wks)- at my cost, which I happily did. And although not expecting to have to make a warranty claim, was thankful for the “peace of mind” clause.
UNFORTUNATELY, no warranty was honoured and I was told that even though there was no water ingress, they felt the units were worn (5 months in the ground and no moving parts?) and my yard wasn’t suitable for the units (even though they worked fine when first installed).
Whilst I acted in good faith, Envirobug did all they could to avoid honouring the warranty. Instead, they offered me a 50% refund on the 4 units, which I felt as though I had no option but to accept.
Beware buying from Envirobug. Their product didn’t last, and the “peace of mind” warranty wasn’t worth the piece the paper it was written on. Do not recommend!

Ordered a small acerage (10 pack) of snake repellers. Very disappointed within 30 days half have stoped working. When contacted the company they needed photos of the devices and me to run some tests and from that assessed ‘water damage and this is not covered under warranty.’ When letting them know the only water they have seen is from rain I was told they are not rain proof ‘only shower proof’ so I was expected to remove the devices prior to an unusual summer storm. I was offered to purchase more at a discounted rate but not replacements or refunds. My advice is DO NOT buy these if it rains where you are located unless you have the time and the foresight to go and remove them prior which I find impractical living on a farm

I purchased EnviroBug's twin pack battery snake repellers. They are robust units that appear up to the task. Importantly, the sonic buzzer is easily disabled and I use only the subterranean vibration functionality. Snake season has only kicked off and so far so good. I had a fantastic service experience where one of the units had a manufacturing fault. Their response was quick and courteous and a replacement unit is on its way. Thank you to all.

So disappointed! I was hoping that an Australian company would be the best to deal with unfortunately they were not. We bought 4 solar snake repellers and with in two days one of them stopped vibrating, when I contacted the company they requested photos and said that unfortunately the snake repeller had water damage???? ( we had no rain, no dew and the other 3 were working?) Apparently the outdoor snake repellers are not covered by moisture damage. I would not purchase from this company ( within a week a second repeller had stopped working ) 😡

I've bought from these guys a few times over the years and have had a really positive experience. The snake repellers require a bit of setup to get going but I've tried a lot of products and these are the only ones that have worked for me. I have both the solar and battery-powered type on my property.

The customer service is really friendly - and local. They don't always pick up the phone but they call me back quickly.

I enquired before purchasing to make sure it was suitable for possums, and was assured it was. What they didn’t mention was that the alarm is unbelievably loud constantly blaring like a car alarm right above your head! After a few weeks of trying to tolerate it, I decided to return it before the 30-day refund period. However, their policy only allows returns if the item is unused and in new condition. How are you supposed to know if it works without actually using it? I had to pay $24 in total shipping just to send it back, and despite providing the tracking number and proof, I’ve spent weeks chasing them for updates. Communication has been poor—emails ignored, calls unanswered, and excuses made. They claimed my return had no info, even though I sent them the tracking photo. Very disappointing experience overall. The product is noisy and ineffective, customer service is slack, and I’m still waiting for my refund. Definitely not a company I’ll buy from again.

I Enquired before purchase about one for possums. Yep all gd they said, but, never told me the alarm is Really Noisy ALL THE TIME,up in the roof! Drives you nuts. Car alarm almost. So after a few weeks but b4 the 30 day full refund. BUT states you can only return it unused and new condition..my question ..how do you know it works if cant use incase it not good and need to return. I had to pay shipping both ways... sent it back and sent them the tracking number and had to chase them down repetively for answers this last month. Emails and ph messages.. not very professional. Useless gadget for possums unless they miles from your house and for us to not hear the thing. Over all, I hate to say but the item is not very good, the service is slack, will not be a returning customer wasting my money at $24 shipping ($12 each way) .not happy. Misleading info . And im STILL waiting on my refund and apparently that takes 10 days..really? I been waiting weeks.! Their excuse was it had no info on it when sent back..ummm that's what tracking numbers are for and thout thats why I was asked to send photo of tracking number to them....so should be able to match that to my return surly? Just excuses or poorly trained staff.

Purchased the Garden Sentinel motion activated sprinkler. The battery cover was loose out of the box and frequently fell out. After being setup and operating for approximately an hour, it fell over from a small height onto grass. This was enough to disconnect one of battery connection wires from the sprinkler.

Contacted Envirobug but they refused to cover the product under warranty despite a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. They offered a small discount to purchase a new unit, but I'd never purchase from them again.
