Enviroelectricbikes Reviews

The team were excellent throughout the entire process, from placing my order online to guiding me through the Cycle to Work scheme.

A special thank you to Scott, who was incredibly patient, helpful and professional. He kept me informed every step of the way, from start to finish.

Even when I became a little impatient about the delivery times due to my upcoming jury service, Scott remained understanding and went above and beyond to ensure my order was delivered in time.

Outstanding customer service from start to finish! I really appreciate all the effort and would highly recommend the team.

I came to Envirorelectricbikes after my local shop let me down.
I have to say from start to finish, the service I have had from them has been exceptional.
My order arrived but the wrong bike had been sent by the warehouse - this was immediately sorted for me, with the correct bike being sent to me just a few days later, and the wrong one being collected soon after - all without any hassle or stress for me.
Unfortunately; when the correct bike arrived it had a faulty valve, but this was not the shop’s fault, and they once again immediately set about sorting this - they told me to just take the tube off the wrong bike which was still in my possession at that time.

Their communications were absolutely first rate, always contacting me when they said they would, and I need to make a special mention and thank you to Scott for his professionalism and attention to excellent customer care and service.

Well done team, I have no hesitation in recommending you guys.

Friendly helpful service and prompt delivery.

Competitive price, good delivery service and bicycle well packaged and no damage.

Great company, I’ve had 2 Engwe e-bikes from them now and they are top quality, service and delivery was great, will definitely use them again.

Amazing service..

You'll find Scott to be super helpful and informative.

Can't praise enough 🙌

Great friendly company that went that extra mile!! Couldn't recommend them any higher 👌

I have ordered a new bike, but as yet haven't got it I paid for it, but I'm still waiting for any news. 🤔

Excellent bike very happy excellent service

The bike came on time works great not had any problems. The only thing i think there should be a rear break light included other than that quite happy.

Wanted to buy one of their e-bikes, sent 2 emails for more details on specification of the crates in their pictures and tried to use their online chat but no reply on either. I wouldn't trust to buy from an unresponsive company, especially as they don't provide much info and only have one picture of the bikes on their website.

I would truly recommend these guys. They were so helpful and when I had problems picking my bike they were so professional and friendly through the whole process.Thank You guys ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
